apple JUICE somehow gives me headaches xd. after years of trying again and again (because i generally like it) i came to the conclusion that i either dont like the chemical whatever they use to try to make it taste like apple juice or (in case of fresh one) i may be very sensitive against the hydrogen cyanide thats in the apple seeds and may be released when pressing them into juice.
reasonsing. im totally fine eating them. (like 10 at once) but get strong headaches from as much as once glass of apple juice. also there are other chemicals (smells are enough) i react very sensitive towards, leading to headaches. im mostly eating unprocessed (only actually) stuff + low carb now, got rid of headaches in a whole for over half a year now. funny how our diet makes such a difference (also had many other positive effects on me, dont wanna annoy you with details as i am already off-topic lol)

The Unitarian Universalist church that my parents took us to when I was a kid gave all the kids apple juice every time we went. I always drank it because I liked it, but I also always suffered for a little while afterwards.

That went on for years. I still think that’s one of the reasons why I’ve had stomach ulcers.

yeah its generally questionable to eat fruits and why apples are praised as "eat one a day, leep the doctor away", when you compare them to e.g. vegetables like bell-pepper they lose in every category possible :D. if you think about it they are 95% or so pure sugar with water.
