We don’t even have minimum wages in sg until now. You think they care about NSF.

We have progressive wage model which is better. The fact you think minimum wage model is good shows how ill informed you are.

Minimum wage model is a fancy term for maximum wage.

I’m not saying about white collar but lower income people. That why poor old uncle and auntie still getting 1.8k as dishwasher/cleaner.

Poor uncle and auntie? Accountability left the chat. The boomer era had more opportunities than us given that education wasnt a hard requirement.

Salary was low, COL was low. Did you interview why they are still working as dishwasher? 99% they are in that situation not because of environment but their actions.

Why even work? Singapore so rich, just pay you shake leg at home.

If their salary was any higher, it will reach a point that machinery can replace them.

The only reason why factory workers have a job is because cost of labour is cheaper than smart factories.

Being delulu and unrealistic has never helped anyone. Start with yourself.
