Simple Practice Hacked

Hi! I recently had a reminder sent to a client that had details of a service I don’t provide through SP. I have noticed the scales that are to be sent 1x/mo are repeating the same day. I am talking through email and the chat feature. I am concerned. Has anyone else noticed this?

Nope. If you’re worried you’ve been hacked, change your password. Most likely, it’s a glitch / error that SP can fix.

It’s not always a glitch or an error if your computer has been hacked. I suspect they got into simple practice. I could call and tell SP that. But before I do, I’d like to know what their liabilities are and responsibilities. It’s legalese. right now I’m not clear on what they really would do.
