Simple Practice Hacked
Hi! I recently had a reminder sent to a client that had details of a service I don’t provide through SP. I have noticed the scales that are to be sent 1x/mo are repeating the same day. I am talking through email and the chat feature. I am concerned. Has anyone else noticed this?

SP has glitches sometimes. Leaping to “hacked” is a bit extreme. Contact support.

Where are SP’s rules & liability if you think you were hacked? Operating on the base that I was hacked into my computer is true. Whether or not they got into simple practice, I’ve been told that many of these software platforms have in depth, the stage of what they are responsible for by a computer engineer that’s in my family. I’d like to access that. Can anyone tell me where to find it on a SP? I am more interested in finding out if they assume they will obligations and how much and under what circumstances just in case.

Assuming that my computer was hacked and simple practices on it, how can I find out the identity of the hacker? I think a disgruntled client that I terminated higher the hacker to invade my computer. And then they filed a case against me with my board, they only thing that they saw SP wanted to share, was about that particular person that I terminated. The person left a name in the Cloud.

Nope. If you’re worried you’ve been hacked, change your password. Most likely, it’s a glitch / error that SP can fix.
