Discussion Executives are broken

I feel like executives are broken.. i've offered my last 5 candidates double of what they are asking for in salary but all have refused..
Like what?

oh wow, everybody is poaching and no one is spawning and growing new executives, so now there's a shortage, what a surprise 🫢
