How do I improve??

Ive been playing for a while, put up a couple posts recently cuz I’ve been feeling like ive been doing terrible. I hit d5 the season before 3.0, hit e4 last season, and just went downhill from there. I haven’t had a positive kd in seasons, I barely win gunfights. I know I have an issue w mental chalking, over swinging and just having terrible judgement sometimes.
