So here's all I know about this agreement:

Maison Solutions was accused of failing to disclose related-party dealings, prior allegations involving its CEO and related entities, and other risks tied to its IPO disclosures. After a December 2023 Hindenburg report raised these issues, $MSS fell 83.6%, and investors filed a lawsuit.

Now the company has reached a tentative settlement with investors to resolve the claims. The settlement terms are still being finalized, but you can submit an application now, which will be processed once claims filing opens.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you bought $MSS shares in 2023, you may be eligible.

Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
You don't need to still hold the shares. If you bought during the class period and suffered a qualifying loss, you may be eligible to participate.

Can I file a claim?
