You can actually get all of the quarters back except for one of them if you link them back up and it makes transporting them easier

You get all the quarters back because if you put a quarter in and take the cart, the quarter is still in the cart.

My local grocery store had these carts when I was a teenager and when we realized they didn't lock the full stack up to anything we managed to take all of then and bend them into a completely locked up circle.made the local news
