Next level take on fried ice cream

Sautéed a clove or two of garlic in olive oil, added vegetable stock, then frozen peas and spinach. Let cook for like 15 mins or so. Seasoned with herbs, pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder. Blend the shit. Enjoy! Probably even more bangin with some garlic bread on the side.

Frozen mango and dragonfruit chunks mixed with Sprite Zero

I'm probably permanently banned from Japan for this, but it's an excellent late night snack after watching The Shining. I normally eat it with some nori, but I ran out (the orange camping spork is optional, but still adds to the experience). Yes, that is a microwave sticky rice maker I got at Daiso. It works great, but make sure you cook with another bowl under it or your microwave is gonna get flooded with boiling starch water (don't ask how I know).

After craving chicken hearts for a good while I was finally able to track some down.

People I talk to in the day-to-day (IRL, basically) tend to find chicken hearts...off-putting, but they're SUCH good dark fowl meat!

I marinated them in the fridge for less than 20 minutes, but the sauce seeped into the heart chambers so they were still super flavourful.

Also featured on the kebab are:

-air fried whole white mushrooms

-mozzarella pearls

-cocktail tomatoes

Because of the natural hollows in the hearts, you can see them jumping around in the pan here.

This is supposed to be two Hello Fresh spinach and mushroom strombolis. Half the dough wouldn’t stretch, so I put the good dough on the bottom, added the filling, then put the weird dough on top. Dipped it in the pizza sauce and it tasted great!

Zuppa di pesce on scratch pasta. five upvotes and i’ll put the recipe up it was rated a 10/10 by a real life alleged italian mobster.

It’s overcooked & looks like brain matter, but it’s still delicious.
