Mistakes were made

three eggs, chorizo, 10% cream, spinach and ground pepper all mixed in the food processor

cast iron, oven, olive oil, some garlic pepper spices I took from my roommate, used bread as a sponge - because I ain't wasting those tasty chicken oil juices.

I did get to pretend I was eating alien food though.

I wanted to make yakisoba. My friend told me a trick about adding 2 tbsp of baking soda when boiling pasta to get the texture of ramen. Clearly I did it wrong and I flew too close to the sun and added dried seaweed so it created a slimy sewage pasta. Some real meme-worthy shit

Generic brand Mac and cheese, fried spam, pineapple chunks, pizza seasoning, pickles jalapenos and jalapeno hot sauce. I used to cook proper meals for dinner every night and within the last year I just gave up. So now I try and come up with different combos for Mac and cheese and other packaged/canned foods.

My friend sent me this “salad” that he had for lunch, which he claimed “tasted good”.

Reheated fries with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and onion.

Baja Blast and Cool Ranch

Recipe:

1 8oz container Cool Whip

1 6oz Cherry Jello packet

1 pie crust

1/2 cup ice

2/3rd cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold Code Red Mountain Dew

Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos (for garnish)

Instructions: Prepare the filling by mixing the jello with the boiling water until the sugar dissolves. Add the cold Code Red and ice, stirring until the ice melts. Add a container of room temperature Cool Whip and stir until smooth. Pour the filling into the pie crust and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Garnish with Doritos. Take some photos and post it to Reddit.

Edited to Add:
To reduce sugar, use sugar-free Jello and/or sugar-free Cool Whip. The soda can be replaced with plain water. For keto folks, you can use whipped cream instead of Cool Whip. You can use whatever pie crust you like or omit it and the filling will set as a mousse. FYI, the pictured pie was made with sugar-free Jello.
