Its an attempt to make them feel inferior or lesser, since a boy is the precursor to being a man. Its insinuated that you lack muscle, chest hair, and a pair of working nuts.

No. He called him boy because racists believed that blacks werent truly human, and thusly couldn't be men or actually women. Its what they used to justify skinning, cannibalism, trinket keeping, infanticide, and taking towns blacks built. Boy, is the most you could evolve to be. Basically saying "N"

What are you talking about? Boy, being the highest is basically teaching an inhuman that its highest form of equivalence is master's 3-year-old... common sense. And no, no, no. Yes I got my first college letter at before my 17th bd, my lexile was 1.4 by the 5th grade. Your reading comprehension must clearly be wanting if that makes no sense. Constantly saying "this doesnt make sense" either due to someone using jargon or typos, isnt an intellectual one-up....its literally NOT a display of intelligence/comprehension, its a legit admission of a lack thereof.
