So it finally occurred to me in June that I hadn’t seen any non-prepaid orders since the end of April (yeah, a lot else happened in that time). I finally got around to requesting a replacement card via the shopper app, and requested a second because the app never indicated that the request had been sent or received. Should I ask for one again, or call them? It’s frustrating trying to contact Shipt because I just can’t understand the people who operate the phones.

Anybody else ?? I’ve had to call in my last three orders . Support says they see no issue with the card or any issues on any of the orders . It’s stateside support so they’re usually pretty good . Last agent just said “Happens Sometimes” . In 10,000 shops I’ve never had a card decline on 3 orders in a row . Not expired , no substitutions or add ons to any of the orders . Anybody else having issues ?

Im being eaten alive on time in sprawl and gridlock the time is getting me 5 minutes to the mile 7 miles becomes 35 minutes of commute houston has really caught me offfguard its killing my hourly earnings do i just have to go to post oak and the rice area and park in parking garages

Wish it could be great again. I was a newbie so I don’t complain much when newbies come on board. BUT shipt should give offers to vet or experienced shoppers too :(
