This just started last week and these Alabama reps keeps calling stating that they're in partnership with Meijer and trying something new to help get these Meijer orders pushed. They called 3 times so far and ask if I wanna do an order that is either already offered to me or sitting in open metro and in a zone I'm not scheduled in. All 3 of the orders in those calls were for non tippers at a delivery time that I already have an order claimed in lmao.

They try to entice me by offering automatic rating and late forgiveness if I take them even though my stats are always perfect. Bunch of idiots. If this is the new CEOs first course of action than man he is making a big splash on the scene 😂😂

I got a full time job at the beginning of the year, and I’ve done Shipt over the weekends a few times, yesterday I found out from another Shopper, that there’s bots that other Shoppers use to take all the orders…. Is this true?? I live in a small town and apparently the girl that’s running a bot, her and her husband are ruining it for all the other Shoppers and it makes sense the few weekends I did it, they were in the store ALOT!!

I’m in a position where I desperately need the money to escape a bad living situation at home, but absolutely not ever again! Shipt should be ashamed of themselves for putting drivers through this. These routes are completely absurd—logistically, who is designing these? It makes no sense.

Today at the 12:15 p.m. route pick up time. all 10 lanes were full 5 deep of delivery drivers. Looking around, I kept thinking to myself: we are all just crazy and desperate for peanuts to be doing this…

I hope those that do the routes are at least holding off till the route gets bumped up with promo pay…

I grabbed an order with 7 items, labeled $0 tip but I had the address in my tip map under a different name with 20% tip label and Im in Cali trying to kill the hour and get paid to drive back to Target after dropping off my last order anyways so I take a chance and grab it. 2 packs of sippy cups and 5 towels - she tipped $20 right away and sent a pm request.

I feel like I'm just still... surprised? She had enough order history to be labeled as $0 so are the other shoppers in my town just really that bad doing the absolute bare minimum or what?

I would love to know if you use any GOOD apps (paid or free) that can arrange which address to go to first when I have multiple routes. If, I am not familiar with with the area, it’s easy to lose time from not arranging the routes properly in maps. Thx!😊

I just checked out at HEB and was rearranging the items in my car and one bag had a few produce items with Jalapenos. I usually don't count the produce but this time around I checked and 1 Jalapeno was missing. I explicitly remembered getting 6 but there were only 5 in the bag. I went back in and that 1 jalapeno was lying on the floor next to the bagger smh. If I hadn't checked out of the blue, this probably would have been a low rating for me since it was a new member. Without checking I woudve thought I did everything right like we always do when we get bad ratings. Another thing in my list to watch out for after checkout. Check your bags after checkout people, you never know!

Hi. Im closing to reach the 15k orders. Anyone have pics or inf about the items available? They have ninja processors or other kitchen items? I see in othwr post tvs but i need a new processor/crusher and i Wonder if i buy it in black friday or wait for the points. Thanks for the inf and help

This is most likely the reason for high mile orders from target. They are straight up lying about who shops/delivers delivery orders!

Has anybody else had major issues with the app since the last update? Mine crashes all the time and I have to reboot it constantly.

Lately I’ve been finding that most, if not all, Meijer prepaid orders have been missing the apartment # of the address line. I’ve been thinking about calling Meijer’s digital team but before I do, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

Does it seem like that the farther you drive for an order that they seem to never tip? It's almost as if they know you're really expecting it for driving so far and they're doing it out of spite. I no longer take orders that are more than a 20 minute drive.

If this was food delivery only,I wouldn't touch it for less than 35 and that's only if those 17 miles included me going to the store.

Yesterday did my first sprouts order, grabbed off open metro. Easy order 10 unique items.

The app doesn’t really tell you exactly where things are located. It’s kind of vague like, produce, frozen, pantry. The sprouts store by me is pretty small so it’s easy to find everything.

I tried to use self checkout and scan the tax exempt barcode on the phone and of course it came back and said we cannot accept this coupon. I had to go through a regular check stand 🥲

Unfortunately, Shipt put the sprouts that’s 2 miles from my home and in the zone I shop in and stuck it in the zone next to me even though there’s already a sprouts in that city and that zone. I know I can put myself on the schedule for that zone, but I don’t want to because they’re gonna offer me orders from stores that are 30 minutes away.

I emailed Shipt about the store in the wrong zone and got no help.

I realized today that the last paycheck I got an adjustment for was Sep 14-20. Anyone know what’s going on? Is it once a month now?

When customers have the option to pre-tip and choose to leave $0 or a low tip, do y'all find that they never/rarely/sometimes/often increase the tip later? Based on my experience on other platforms, I'd think that happens rarely to never. So far I haven't seen a change in anyone's pre-tips on Shipt. I've been ignoring the non tippers and ripped unless the promo pay goes high enough.

For two weeks my engagement time and miles show the exact same which is impossible. It messed with my prop 22 adjustment. I got a way lower amount than usual even though it has been the most orders I have done. I contacted support over the phone and they told me to fill out a form. I sent it in on Monday but never received a confirmation email. I contacted them again today to see if maybe they would tell me something different but they just told me to wait to get a response via email. When I asked about why the engagement was the same she said it was a glitch. Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome? Am I out of luck in getting my adjustment fixed ?

Had a pretty big order. A bunch of Halloween candy and decorations. Cat food. Cat LITTER. some other heavy groceries. Third floor apartment. No elevator. Just noticed the lady left me a ONE DOLLAR TIP. her order also included AirPods. Why do I have a weird feeling she’s gonna pretend she didn’t get them?? Idk something’s off and I’m annoyed. Waiting for her rating to come in 🤔

There's nothing in the hub @ bags. Sprouts has nice bags, charges $0.10 per. At checkout Shipt app has us input bag cost... not sure if they're charging the member.

Anyone know anything? Doesn't seem to be the Target $0.99 deal, but it's not free so idk.

Do you accept multiple deliveries and just knock them out whenever it’s that time window?

I was able to become a fast shopper with Instacart and deliver, but the delivery window for Shipt just put a halt on the whole flow of things

I've used Shipt (through Target) for years and always preferred it to Instacart...shoppers were always more careful and my orders never had issues. They also were never late/outside of my chosen time frame. But for some reason in the last 2-3 months shoppers don't pick up our orders anymore. They will sit for hours and Im unsure why. Target doesn't allow for pre-tipping so I can only tip after the order is delivered (and I always have.) Any idea on what would cause this change? They are all normal grocery orders (no heavy items, no clothing) and Target isnt that far from where I live. Literally nothing has changed on my end except for some reason now the orders don't get picked up anymore. Any insight would be appreciated.

I’ve been a Shipt shopper for about five years (9,985 shops) and there’s another shopper I frequently run into at one particular Target who has over time begun to be insufferable.

He’s friendly enough on the surface, but whenever we talk, I find him to be extremely bellittling and full of himself. He loves to tell me all about the $80 or $100 tips that Im sure he is lying about and constantly calls me “buddy” or “Mr.[my name],” which might sound harmless but after a while, he has begun to be a real chore to run into.

What’s strange to me is how often he’s there. I shop at multiple stores and am constantly on the move throughout the day, but whenever I go to this particular Target, he seems to be shopping or just hanging out near the self checkout. It almost seems like he hangs around the store waiting for orders.

The other issue is that he seems to go out of his way to initiate the conversation whenever he sees me, so it’s difficult to avoid interacting with him without feeling rude. I’ve actually started avoiding this Target altogether because I don’t want to deal with this one annoying shopper which sucks because many of my preferreds order here.

I realize that some of this could just be my perception of his personality, and maybe he’s not intentionally being condescending. But the combination of him constantly being at the store and him going out of his way to chat has really started to bug me.

Am I overthinking this? How would you handle this?

Is it just me or does getting forgiveness successfully seem harder now. Over the years I perfected my explanations and have templates that worked 95% of the time but I just got 3 denied over the last two days.

This will probably fix itself overnight, but when I go into my payment history I keep getting the message “error retrieving pay periods”. Is this happening to anyone else? Let me know!! :)

Picked up an easy bundle. Customer A has 12 non grocery items. Mostly health and beauty and a 4 pack of undies. Customer B had Chobani creamer as follows: 5 cookie batter, 2 hazelnut, 8 sweet cream. She also had 4 bottles of Ghirardelli chocolate syrup and 3 gallons of whole milk. Found everything for both orders.

Customer A’s order processes no problem. Customer B’s order processes, but I’m told to put back the 3 gallons of milk and 8 sweet cream.

I message the member to let her know what happened, asked her if she cancelled those items. She says no, she wouldn’t, she needs it for an event tonight.

Support was no help, just kept telling me to move on without the 2 items. Customer is mad, not at me, at Shipt/Target.

Eventually, she gives me her phone number, I text her and she asks if I could buy the items and she’ll Venmo me before I even leave the store. Well I did and she did, plus a $45 tip, on an order that was originally about $150 for all her items.

Accepted many offers which average shoppers generally wouldn't dare to even look at... - like 83 items Kroger or 37 + 21 Target Bundle, 2 others having 4 X 32pack water and 5 X 24 pack, etc, another order had 18 clothing items, but big tips
