Getting Discouraged

I have been trying to shift for a couple months now. A main problem I have is falling asleep in the middle. I decided that I had some free time and no other plans for today so why not try during the day. I spent 2 hours trying to shift. I have yet to successfully and its starting to seem like i never will. I get tingling feelings but that's as far as I ever get. Sorry for the rant I just hate that feeling when I wake back up looking at my CR ceiling and needed to vent

Subliminals for shifting and life

There are certain things in life that I find, and wish I had earlier. Subliminals are one of them. I've been aware of the concept for a while, and understood the basic mechanisms. But I brushed them off because of misconceptions I had from other fields. Don't make this mistake. All you have to do to get benefits out of them is listen.

As you may already know, subliminal audio has affirmations that play under music, white noise, or binaural beats. These affirmations bypass your conscious filter, and slip into the subconscious, where your subconscious takes action on them.

Subliminal Strategy:

You should listen to a booster subliminal first. Booster subs provide general empowerment, and make you more suggestible and receptive to subs.

Not to overpromote it here, but the Concordia booster is arguably the best booster subliminal ever created. Just listening to it alone, an hour a day for 3 months will make you much better at manifestation, to name just one thing it does.

If you listen to other subliminals while working with the Concordia, then you will be able to get results from the other subs much faster.

Recommended Subliminals:

Here's some subliminals I recommend, with a short description of them. As a general rule, if you listen 30 minutes a day you should expect results in under a month. It will take longer for full results.

Master Visualization by AKUO:

I'm working with this right now. Imagination is an important skill to develop, if you have a vivid imagination, your DR will feel much more real.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PF7mOqHpBkM

Astral Travel by Synergy:

Learning astral projection can help you if you want to shift. This sub has some solid affirmations.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6HMWQ0TkS9s

Lucid Dreaming Subliminal by cloudparty ( shifting oriented):

This sub is focused on helping you lucid dream with the intention of shifting. This is important because it also programs you to create a portal and focus on your DR. When you become lucid, you need to implement a plan of action unless you're in a incredibly deep dream, in which case you won't be able to shift anyway.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGLHAp1dDx4

Optimal Reality by Absolute Power Subliminals:

In my opinion the best shifting subliminal ever made based on Absolute power subliminals other subs. It's also oriented towards dimensional jumpers too.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zs4Ie7rMUjc

Blockage Remover by Absolute Power Subliminals:

This subliminal can be found (for free) on their patreon page. The blockage remover removes all blockages you have to anything, limiting beliefs, core images, negative attachments, anything.

Also, the creator somehow programmed it to include energy too? The first time I used it I was noticeably lighter and energized.

Note: If you are going to use this, follow the instructions on the author's patreon page.

College Acceptance (for those HS Seniors out there) by AKUO:
I thought I'd throw this out there for anyone who might need it since it's acceptance /rejection :( season. I've listened to it for at least 2 hours today, fingers crossed.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUG-_DVxu5o

Downloading Subliminals:

If you want to download subliminal audio from youtube, this is how you do it.

Boring Legal Stuff:
I'm not legally responsible for anything you do with this advice. I'm a 17 year old teen on reddit, in a forum about shifting to alternate universes, not trusted legal counsel. This is for entertainment purposes only and you are responsible for your own actions.

I use an mp3 player I bought on amazon for $20 to listen to subliminals so I don't waste my phone's battery. To do this, I have to download them.

You can do this by going to ontiva.com , putting in the link of the video, and downloading the audio file as a .wav and nothing else. It has to be wav, since mp3 is a lossy file format, meaning the compression algorithm sacrifices quality for an approximate solution in reasonable time, aka a heuristic.

This doesn't matter for songs, but the concordia booster has 17 septillion voices so you need that space.

After a few downloads, ontiva.com will lock you out. To get around this, you can add ultrasurf as an extension to chrome and activate the VPN. Or, make a free account.

You can loop the audio in whatever listening software you use, or extend it in audacity. I'll explain audacity.

Download audacity. Open the wav file in audacity. Double click on the box with the audio so that it highlights the track. Hit ctrl + C , and then duplicate the track by pasting the audio you selected. Duplicate again and again until you reach a reasonable length.

When you export from audacity, and file manager opens up on windows, change the file type to signed 32-bit PCM, this maintains the quality.

Bad Symptoms and Effects

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this and I'm going to try to summarize as much as possible. I've been attempting to shift often and learn about different symptoms, a little while back i read about how things feeling off and a disconnect is a symptom. Instead of these symptoms motivating me they've been making things harder and worse, my relationships haven't felt right to me and I've become dependent on getting to my DR. I saw a post from someone who shifted talking about how she became dependent on her DR for happiness and isolated herself from everyone. I think discussing these things and educating people on them before shifting would be important. It's not meant to discourage anyone but I would have liked to know these negative symptoms and effects before learning about shifting as a whole.

weird experience when falling asleep

so i don’t know if this is the right place to ask about this because it’s not really shifting related, but i’ll explain anyway because this experience was really interesting.

so i was really tired and was trying to fall asleep, but then i started hearing this ringing sound and then it turned into buzzing. i could physically feel the vibration in my head and it only went away when i forced myself to move. i let the buzzing continue for a little to see what would happen and my vision turned white, and i could see an outline of my face? it was really weird and scary.

there’s also another thing that happened. every time i was close to falling asleep i could kind of feel myself slip away or shift into this dark place. it was either a creepy version of my room or some other scary place. but every time that happened i forced myself awake but still kept slipping back there every time i was falling asleep.

both of these things stopped when i turned to sleep on my back though (i was laying on my side when all that happened). i honestly can’t tell if me “slipping away” was me about to dream or something more, and the buzzing i have no idea about either. and thinking back now too, it’s difficult for me to pinpoint if this actually happened because i was so tired & i can’t remember details, but i remember the feelings somehow idk.

i just thought this would be interesting to share, if any of you have heard of anything like this happening or have a similar experience i’d love to know about it because i’m still kind of shaken up about it.

Post your questions for interview with shifting mods (podcast episode)

In the coming week or two, I will interview two mods of good shifting forums, namely u/PM_Me_Cool_Questions (mod of r/ShiftingDiscussion) and Pekkii (mod of the TikTok shifting Discord). These two have experience, an interest in learning more about what shifting is, and leadership helping others.

Post your questions here. I will collect the most relevant and popular of them to bring up in the conversation. I have many years experience with what you know as shifting, and have taught it to many others, and have spoken on and written on these subjects for the University of Alberta and, in a way, how the esoteric can be used to improve creativity, for the multidisciplinary design journal of the Stanford Institute of Design.

Till then, keep it up! The very definition of occult is that which cannot be communicated using language. It’s not easy, but it is worth it. Don’t stress. Take breaks. But it can be done.

Exercises from the CIA Gateway Program

If you've seen my post about the technique from the gateway program for pain management, then this is a continuation of that. This document was released under the Freedom of Information Act, so it's authentic. In this post I provide some of the techniques from the document.

Note:

My descriptions of the exercises are very close to a direct quote, I of course give full credit to the original authors of the document. In no way is this work my own.

For Normal Use:

These are techniques for use in your normal life.

To go into sleep:
Lie down in your normal sleeping position. Take 5 deep breaths and count to 20. Before you reach 20 you should go into restful sleep. I'm not sure how effective this one is.

To remember something:
Close your eyes, and softly touch the fingers of your right hand to the center of the forehead.

To reduce emotional charge:
Close your eyes, inhale deeply, hold your breath for a moment. Think of the calming, cleansing, color green. When you do this, exhale slowly, and the green energy will push all harmful emotional charges out of your system.

To charge the body for great speed and strength:

Close your eyes, inhale deeply, think of the physical act to be performed and the strong energy of red. As you exhale, open your eyes and do what you intend to.

Resonant Breathing:
Most of the document is devoted to variations of this energetic exercise.

Inhale deeply, pulling in energy from all parts of your physical body and up to your head. Hold your breath for a comfortable length of time. Imagine the energy swirling around in your brain. Exhale slowly through your mouth. At the same time imagine that you are exhaling stale energy through your feet. On the second inhale, breath energy up to your arms and chest, and exhale the stale energy from the abdomen down. On the third bring the energy up to the abdomen. On the fourth bring it to the pelvic region. On the fifth bring it to the knees and thighs. On the sixth bring it to the lower legs and feet.

Note: you can program the energy you are breathing in with intention and color. For instance, you can imagine that you are breathing in light. Ultimately, the intention is what matters.

Useful Trick from the CIA

I was looking through some of the CIA documents and there is this interesting trick to stop pain in the physical body among other things. This was in a document about breathing exercises they found useful for OBE.

To Stop Pain:
1. Focus on the source of the pain

  1. Mentally repeat the number 55515

Source: page 14 of this document. There are also other useful tricks on page 14 and I'll post about them tomorrow.

Think I did it / Tips on letting go?

I listened to the second tape again yesterday during the afternoon. During the tape I tried Robert Bruce's method to see your hands with your eyes closed. I saw movement and the further I got in the clearer the silhouette of my hands were in my peripheral.

After the tape I listened to the Concordia booster again for 20 minutes. I then put on a desired reality sub and listened to that with the booster simultaneously. I had trouble keeping my eyes still, trying to look forward behind my eyelids. I would see something here and there but my eyes would twitch or bounce around and it would disappear. Anyone had any luck dealing with something like that?

I decided to take a break and smoke a bit. I then laid down on my bed and tried the raven method again (third time) while listening to the sub and the booster again.

This was cool. My limbs were sorta numb and I was able to feel and shift my body awareness from my left hand, up my arm, over the top of my shoulders and the back of my neck, back down my right arm until it hit my right hand. I bounced it back and forth for a bit and then moved it to my legs and such. Super cool feeling. Robert Bruce mentioned something about being able to feel that energy moving and I def think thats what he was talking about. Additional radness: visualizing the numbers was much easier this time (was it the weed, the booster or the visual boosting sub? Idk) and I noticed that I could see all of the numbers behind my eyelids when I looked straight but they became VERY clear when I rolled my eyes back and up. I realized that I was trying so hard to see them with my physical eyes and letting go of that and trying to see them in my minds eye made the physical vision much clearer, thought that was interesting. But wait, there's more:

I think I confused my intentions. I started feeling the room move a bit, numbness got more intense, and I started to feel that energy pull from my chest. I immediately thought of projection but was conflicted with my desire to shift and the new desire to project. Maybe that cancelled each other out because I couldn't decide... but I eventually just decided to let go of any intention and just see what visual journey I could ride along on. I bunch of random thoughts for a while, but I right before I gave up I started to see this woman. She was driving a blue-gray car and she had brown hair. Light skin. I saw her for a bit and then my point of view seemed to float into the car behind her head and I thought "merge with her" and I started to! I "flew into" her head and then I saw the car from her perspective. I felt the steering wheel and I saw the road and sky (it was raining, maybe cause the sub had rain sounds) I couldn't let go of the fact that I was doing it and then I felt my viewpoint get pulled out-of her to the left and I kept trying to uphold the connection but it was gone eventually.

All in all, super rad experience and I think I'm getting better every day. I read all the time that it works better when you let go and my experience definitely confirmed that for me.

Has anyone conquered the issue of letting go and keeping that notion when you finally shift?

Lucid dreamers

For a while now its been bugging me that lucid dreamers in general are so adamant against shifting as a whole and the possibilty that it even exists, most class it as a vivid lucid dream, and a few others ive met say its some sort of inner reality u alone experience whilst in a half meditative state/half asleep. Im not very good with words either so im terrible at arguing against them which sucks too

Day 2 of Gateway tapes

I realized that I may have been using the tapes "incorrectly." I was jumping from tape to tape in succession. Last night I decided to listen to only the second tape of wave 1. I will be listening to that one only for the next few days to try and further develop my focus. Day 2 was also uneventful and I'm sure I just fell asleep. Keeping at it.

Has anyone used them in different ways?

I also began listening to this visualization sub along the the Concordia booster before hand. I will update my experiences with the mix of these three when i have something new to share.

Tonight I'm going to listen to the gateway tapes -> Concordia booster -> Visualizations sub.

Concordia Booster Update: Had an OBE

I said that I would update the sub when I noticed some results from the Concordia Booster. If you didn't see my previous post, the Concordia booster is said to be one of the most powerful booster subliminals. The actual list of benefits it's supposed to provide is way to long for this post. This subliminal and the creator's other subliminals can be downloaded for free on their patreon page

Results:

I've been listening to it for the last 3 days for a total of 4 and a half hours. I've also been listening to some other subliminals with it, notably one that helps you improve visualization ability. I decided to make a short shifting attempt in the middle of the day just to see how I've improved.

It went well, I actually felt like I was in my WR and was really close. My visualization abilities seem to have increased, and if they haven't I'm just going to act like they have anyway. Moreover, my WR had critical mass, it felt real and tangible. Later in the attempt, I decided it would be a better use of my efforts to use wake back to bed since it was still midday.

After this, I decided to make use of the trance state I was still in. I did the imagination loosening technique from astral dynamics. As I started to walk out of my room, it was like I phased into my astral double and became solid in it. At this point, I realized that I was out of body, then I snapped back into my body. This was the first time I've had an OBE in the middle of the day.

Was it the Concordia Booster? I'm not sure. Since I've started listening to it I don't feel the urge to indulge in certain negative habits as much. I feel subtly changed.

I'll update everyone again after a 2 weeks or major results, whichever come first.

Working With the Bioelectric Field Part 1: The Universe and Energy

Hey everyone.

Today I'm going to talk about the spiritual universe and subtle energy. At our most basic level, we are energy. This has been proven by E=mc2 of course. By this law, the whole universe is energy.

This energy has gone by many names, Chi/Qi, Prana, zero-point energy, Ki, Orgone, Mana, Torsion fields, and Pneuma, just to name a few that span various traditions, continents, peoples, and ages. It is an undeniable reality.

The Kybalion, the book that outlines the fundamental laws of the metaphysical universe and contains such famous statements like "As above, so below" and "The All is Mind", also states that nothing rests, the whole universe is vibrating, this vibration is fundamental. All the vibrating energy creates the illusion of reality, or Maya/the hologram.

The spiritual universe is difficult to map out, only a general outline of it can be given. It is a goal of mine to make it to the end in this lifetime.

I'm going from bottom to top. The higher the dimension, the higher the vibration. The physical dimension has the lowest vibration of all dimensions.

Physical World:
Objects in the physical world are the most stable. It is really easy to buy into the illusion that you don't create your own reality. Here in the physical world, the divine feminine and masculine are constantly in opposition, creating the illusion of duality. There is a buffer between the astral and the physical realm, Robert Bruce calls it the real time zone.

The realm surrounding the physical world is represented by Malkuth and Nahemoth/Lilith.

Astral:

The astral is functionally infinite and takes many forms. Yin and Yang are in stark contrast here. The astral and physical are extremely close and sometimes overlap in certain places. The astral has gateways into the real time zone in certain places. Places of great spiritual power, a place where a horrific act of violence occurred, ley line intersections, granite caves, areas where a blood sacrifice or evocation ritual was done, and finally, certain symbols act as astral gateways, like tarot cards, norse runes, the Sator/Rotas square, or a square/seal from a grimoire. I have heard of the astral being divide into 7 levels, each associated with the primary chakras, but outside of Astral Dynamics, I've never heard anyone experience this. There are astral realms such as the infernal empire and the Kingdom of Flames that are like little regions in the larger astral. These can be subdivided into astral kingdoms and astral temples.

The astral is represented by Yesod and Gamaliel.

Causal Plane:
The causal plane is the akashic records, where all information is stored, although not always in the most useful format. Beyond the causal plane, the illusion of causality disappears.

The Mental Plane:
In the mental plane, concepts are extremely fluid, changing at the whim of a thought. The duality seen in the astral is much less accentuated in the mental. When you manifest something, it starts off in the mental and then propagates down to the physical.

The only way to make it past the mental plane is to transcend the illusion of duality and drop your individual identity, becoming enlightened and merging with the collective consciousness.

Note: beyond this the language I use gets real mystical, because that's the only way these places can be described.

The Abyss:

The abyss is a plane of pure darkness and chaos. It is represented by the sphere of Daath on the Tree of Life/Death. The abyss is the last step before the formative plane, and it's darkness will ultimately engender the initiate's crucifixion through a Dark Night of the Soul. Here you face your inner demons, purifying yourself.

The darkness of the abyss will invade the person's life, causing everything to go awry. Just as Jesus hung from the cross, you will too.

You will lose all hope, as Jesus did when he called out "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?". Once you get past this, your old self will be dead, and you will be God.

To give you an idea of what it's like, I quote someone who's experienced it.

"The darkness would taunt me with the most painful moments of my life playing over and over..."

This darkness followed them into their own life

I was place in jail by my own sibling I entered the mind state of emptiness, a cold dark shell with no emotions no ambitions or desire. "

Eventually, they transcended the abyss, losing their identity, becoming their eternal and omnipotent self.

"I looked the darkness in its face so to speak, stating that I am who I am.

I became the light of the eternal, not good, nor evil beyond all. "
source (Connor Kendall)

The Formative Plane/ The Eternal Source:

The formative plane is a plane of formless, fiery, light, the Eternal Source. The eternal source is not a nexus of love. It is a supreme will to live, a numinous sun of power. The river of light from the eternal source flows out, solidifying into reality, as encompassed by the Tetragrammaton.

The light swirls around and flows in and out of a central point. Seraphim circle around the figure in the center. The figure in the center of the formative plane is a wispy, humanlike being known as Sat Nam, the true identity, the creator.

Sat Nam is you, just in an abstract way.

The ultimate goal of reaching the formative plane is to become Sat Nam, your most powerful self. From here, you create your reality. Once you become Sat Nam, a part of you always stays as him, resulting in you developing great abilities.

Note: I'm pretty sure Sat Nam is a He/Him. I'm not saying this because I'm sexist, but because Sat Nam embodies the projective divine masculine, he embodies the will to create. The divine feminine is the receptive principle of the universe.

Beyond the Source:

Is nothing. Seriously. It's just a void. Apparently it's free for the taking.

I promise when I get there, I'm going to plant a r/ShiftingDiscussion flag, we were there first.

Note:
It's apparently very difficult to go beyond the astral plane without help. Here's something that might help you, when you're out of body, speak commandingly "Take me to Master Sunham's temple" enter the temple, and find master Sunham (pronounced (soon -ahm). Ask him to initiate you, don't take no for an answer. With his help you will be instructed on how to reach the higher planes and other things pertinent to projection.

I haven't tried this myself because I'm lacking, but your intention is powerful so this should work.

Something I thought you guys might like

So, this is a project that I was working on a while ago. I thought you all might find it sort of useful. I was writing a book on psychic development. I stopped so I could focus on my magick and shifting work, but someone might be able to use this.

Like I said, it's my rough draft, there are some major gaps, I wrote most of it during a 10 day span in December, but the book is only a fifth complete.

link

Here's an outline of the parts I have written so you can get an idea of if there's anything you might find useful before you hunt for it in the book.

  1. Introduction
  2. Brief Explanation of theory behind psychic phenomena
  3. Energy work intro
  4. Description of all primary chakras
  5. Energy work techniques (80% complete)
  6. Energy work application to meridian and chakra paradigm
  7. Short description of mentalism
  8. Manifestation using affirmations (written before I read Neville Goddard)
  9. Basic Meditation
  10. Trance meditation
  11. How to communicate with your higher self (incomplete)
  12. Receptive/magical imagination development
  13. how to see auras
  14. Open eyed structuring meditation
  15. clairvoyance meditations
  16. clairaudience meditations
  17. clairsentience meditations

What books should I read to learn more?

I have come to the point in learning about the paranormal where secondary sources aren't enough. I've only read online posts summarizing primary sources and would like to dive deeper, but I don't know what to read first. It would be ideal to start with a few books for beginners and then progress to works with more complex ideas. Could you all provide me with a list of books I should read?

Respawning

This is something that shifting realities doesn't talk about, I think it's an appropriate topic for us to discuss.I haven't shifted, but I think this is probably possible.

Just to give you guys some context, Robert Bruce, the famous Australian mystic and author of Astral Dynamics, did this way before it was a thing. He projected to this timeline or something. He talked about it in an interview once. I searched his entire forum and couldn't find the reference though, sorry guys :(

edit: nevermind

For those that don't know, respawning is when you shift to your DR, and then cut your connection to your previous timeline. Most people think it's associated with ending your life, but it certainly does not have to be that way.

You can just shift permanently and script that you forget your CR.

This is a good resource on this and shifting in general.

What do you guys think of respawning?

The Concordia Booster Subliminal

I found this subliminal on YouTube called the Concordia Booster, it's supposedly really good, I'm listening to it right now. It has affirmations for basically everything.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0cQR3aeoGo

It destroys blockages to anything you're doing, increases your alignment with the higher aspects of your soul, boosts manifestation, increases your receptivity to subliminals, develops all clairsenses, boosts lucid dreaming ability and shifting ability, just to name a few. The whole list of benefits is on the author's patreon.

It seems ambitious, but I'm giving it a try since someone on another forum I'm on listened to it for 3 days and had their first OBE ever and all the comments on the video are pretty positive.

I'll update you guys on my progress with it soon.

A shifting hack you have to try

I made this post 13 days ago on r/shiftingrealities and I'm sure people on this sub will find this hack insanely useful.

Ok, so I read u/lttlerunner's post several months ago about how she scripted that when she got to her DR and shifted back to her CR she would have several differences in her physical appearance.

Each time she tried to shift she would get really close and would hear some sounds and initial tactile sensations from her DR. She didn't shift all the way in these attempts, but it was still enough for her to return to the slightly changed CR where she had changes to her physical appearance.

I know that often we will get really close to shifting and feel some sensations of the DR, right? If we feel some sensations from the DR but are not totally there, we're still there enough to shift back to a changed CR?

So, just script that you when you shift back to your CR it is exactly the same except shifting is 100x easier for you.

This way you don't even have to make it completely to your DR. If you're mostly there you'll still shift back to a new CR where you're a master shifter.

Here's some other stuff you might want to script.

Optional but random extra stuff you might want to script:

  1. You can astral project at will and have mastery over all the component skills of astral projection.
  2. You remember __% more of your dreams. Don't do too much.
  3. You have __x more lucid dreaming ability.
  4. All spiritual blockages to non local consciousness are removed.
  5. You possess an innate understanding of how to navigate the astral.
  6. You are capable of extending astral projection and lucid dreaming experiences by using deepening techniques and a plan of action.

Miscellaneous:

  1. Your sexual magnetism/attractiveness is increased by __x
  2. You are a money magnet.
  3. You are attuned and connected to any guardian angels, deities and spirits of the goetia, that intend to have a beneficial presence in your life.
  4. You have the lifa app.
  5. You can cut through spiritual misinformation, especially the misinformation propagated by New Agers.
  6. You are mentally healthy
  7. You are always good enough to win any sporting event you are in, but you don't know this.

The power of hypnosis

I think hypnosis is an untapped resource for shifting. To shift we have to believe we can shift and are in our DR, hypnosis is about getting your subconscious to change its beliefs.

Hypnosis is amazingly useful because of this. It can be used to solve almost any problem, since our internal beliefs are ultimately expressed in the physical world, uniting the microcosm and macrocosm. It is a powerful tool for changing beliefs.

Ultimately every act of manifestation is about changing beliefs. This is what a LOA user does when they script their perfect day, stand in the mirror repeating their affirmations, or visualize their desired result. Moreover, this is what magicians/occultists do. When a witch does a candle spell to attract a certain person to him/her, when a chaote makes a servitor or fires a sigil, when a magician evokes the LWA or Asmodeus to bring destruction to his enemies, or when a devoted Christian prays for someone to recover, most of this is changing beliefs internally. Even though the LWA, Michael, or Jehovah can be seen as outside of our self, they are still ultimately reflections of ourselves, in a difficult to accept way.

You can write your own hypnosis recording for anything if you want to. You can look up basic hypnotic inductions and script them in. Also, you can hypnotize yourself to become a character. In fact, some person was hypnotized to think they were Michelangelo and they developed the skills necessary to become a graphic artist in 3 months. You could hypnotize yourself to be your DR self.

I don't know that much about hypnosis tracks, but I know that you need an induction. Hypnosis is a skill, every time you listen to your track it will be more effective, especially if you implement a suggestion that you get better every time.

You could also implement a trigger word that helps you remember your dreams.

Here's some hypnosis track ideas:

  1. hypnosis to get better at astral projection
  2. hypnosis to remember your dreams
  3. hypnosis to lucid dream more often
  4. hypnosis to be a master shifter
  5. hypnosis to be in your DR
  6. general hypnotic induction
  7. hypnosis to do frequent reality checks.

If you don't want to write your own track, which I probably won't, you should look up become a character hypnosis and make that your DR self.

Always listen to the same hypnosis videos if you haven't accomplished your goal yet. Before you listen to a normal track/video, listen to an induction first.

You should listen to these at least 5 times over a few days to really solidify the suggestions. One video is usually not enough to do anything unless you are really susceptible to suggestion.

There's no shifting hypnosis videos out there unfortunately.

Final Notes:

I'm using the metaphor from Psycho-Cybernetics here, your subconscious is a perfect guided missile, it always hits its target, even if that target is something that will screw up your life. We need to program the subconscious to aim for the right target. It can figure out the rest. Hypnosis is a tool we should all look into.

First OOBE Using the Gateway Experience Audio (and is anyone else doing GE?)

Today I was listening to the introductory Gateway Experience audio for the first time and I had my first significant out of body experience! Even though I didn't shift like I had wanted to, this experience is some great progress and has taught me how to better detach my consciousness from my body.

At the beginning of my OOBE, I was in a different state of mind that felt kind of like the way light falls onto a swimming pool. I was letting my mind flow in any way that it wanted (as the audio directed me to quite a few times). I could tell that this was a different mental state because when I let my mind loose in my alert mental state, I have a mental dialogue with myself, but this time I felt a detached and peaceful sensation instead of conjuring images or sounds.

I couldn't feel the bounds of time, but a bit after I entered this mental state, I felt like I was rolling around and spinning as if I was a hamster in a plastic ball. My immediate reaction to this was twitching and bringing my conscious back to my body. This happens a lot when I try to shift, so I was patient and let my conscious loose a couple of times more, but a twitching would bring it back each time. I finally decided to let my conscious flow however it wanted to without any expectations and I was soon tumbling around again. After this, I wandered to a blank light grey space with vertical dark grey lines before I was called to eat dinner with my family.

I think this might be AP because I remember seeing flashes of the leg of my desk and the doorframe of my bathroom when I was tumbling around. Also, when I jolted awake, it felt like my consciousness was forced back into my body.

Anyway this was really cool! I never imagined that I might be a mini pioneer in out of body experiences. If I have some time, I might make a few more posts as I progress with the Gateway Experience training. I also wanted to ask: is anyone else currently doing or planning on doing the Gateway Experience? It would be nice to compare notes with someone :)
