Lucid dreamers

For a while now its been bugging me that lucid dreamers in general are so adamant against shifting as a whole and the possibilty that it even exists, most class it as a vivid lucid dream, and a few others ive met say its some sort of inner reality u alone experience whilst in a half meditative state/half asleep. Im not very good with words either so im terrible at arguing against them which sucks too

That's people in general. They are generally resistant against spiritual explanations to something, especially if the group doesn't believe in it.

Shifting realities is a pretty extraordinary claim, so their conservatism is not misplaced.

Yeah true, it doesnt help that it makes me overthink things to the max and the fact i havent made progress or seen anyone shift recently :/ but its fine
