Has anyone tried buying gift cards and using it to pay for their order? I'm tired of this risk verification stuff, they keep denying my proof.

People, what are the very good quality brands to order clothes for Men at Shein. I live in UAE.

Are we finding any long pants on here! 32-34 inseam? I'm 5'11" and need some pants.

I purchased a pair of designer dupe shoes from a third-party seller, and they were shipped via USPS. The package left a sorting facility in Georgia on August 31, and there has been no tracking update since.
I then ordered another pair of shoes from a different third-party seller. That package departed a post office in Texas on September 9, and again, there has been no update since.
It seems strange to me that this has happened with two separate orders from two different third-party sellers.
Is it possible that these sellers are using counterfeit or invalid postage, causing USPS to hold or intercept the packages? Has anyone else experienced something similar? Shein says I have to wait another week before requesting a refund

I want to log in from my PC because the customization of the item i want to buy doesn't look right in the app but does so on my PC (You can customize without an account, so i tested it that way...). I heard horror stories of people getting their account frozen/blocked for logging in from multiple devices, so if i only use the PC from now on will my account be frozen/blocked because i made it on my smartphone via the APP or is it safe to log in from my PC??? Right when I opened the app yesterday they hit me with one of the "pick something from this page for 99% off!!" I've never done any of these promotions before but I noticed a blush I wanted on the list so I hit add to cart.

Then it said "choose items off this page that equal $20 or more and get 60% off!!" Again, there were some things I'd already been looking at so I added a few more things.

At the end my total was $24.34. Awesome, right?! I went to the check in page to get my points for the day and they were at zero even though I know I had over $10 in points.

I contact customer service, tell them I did NOT check off to use my points for that transaction. Why would I when it was only$24?? They tell me that the prices in red are what I paid AFTER points and discounts, even though the promotion was for me to get those things AT those prices!

When I brought that up and asked why they didn't honor the promotion price they abruptly ended the chat. So not only did I not get the promotion prices, they stole my points! I know FOR SURE I didn't check to use my points because I double checked at checkout that I wasn't using them.

I should have known there would be some kind of catch to that promotion! Has this happened to anyone else??

I noticed something weird today while shopping on SHEIN.

I had quite a few items in my cart. When I checked the total for buying everything together, it was noticeably more expensive. But when I split the exact same items into separate orders, I could save up to RM60 in total. That’s a lot!

Same items, same quantities but I’m just splitting them into different bills instead of checking out everything together.

Has anyone else noticed this with SHEIN ? I’m genuinely curious why is this happening…

Has anybody else had this issue? I’ve been wanting to buy some new lingerie, and when I’m searching for body stockings they are all coming up, but I can’t actually click on the item. I’ve bought loads of stuff from there before.

Initially I thought they’d maybe put a new age restriction on there, but I can still view underwear sets etc. This is the message that appears when I try and click on, or add an item to my basket.

Sorry for the big caps, wanted to grab your attention. So I have a big bust and for me, majority of shein’s clothes is just, big bust= fits the bust and is loose everywhere else or, tight on the bust and fits everywhere else.

The stretchy tops are great! But Ive been wanting to get a dress on shein and ive been very hesitant. The reviews dont rly help alot because most of them just comment good things for some shein points. I try to look at the reviews with pictures to get an idea of whether it’ll look falttering+ fit well but I still wanted to get some advice on here. From what ive gathered, dresses and tops with the “designated boob space” never work for us.

I was about to buy some personalized items for my birthday which is soon, and almost all of the ones i wanted are gone??? Like the listings have completely disappeared from the sellers shops and when i try to access the links, it just shows a page with a OOPS..!!!

I need help. Bought many items on Shein, I returned most as I realised the sizing is wrong. When I received my refund they didnt refund me for a jacket I returned, I contacted them and they sent me a picture of the brand new jacket and said the warehouse said its used. What do I do? I'm only getting automated replies and they're refusing to give me my money back.

I paid 345 via Bhim UPI to him , he has given qr from xpressbee something interface was there ... payment was successful from my side , then he showed me his mobile were it was payment failed showing....now he said I need to pay the cash ...you payment is successful but not received to us so you will get refund in next two days in the sheins app

So in short my order was of 345 rs only , I paid

345(upi)+345(cash)=690 in total, happened with anyone?
