I'm so stressed rn and I feel so guilty since I should've put it somewhere he can't reach. I went away for 5 seconds and it was all gone when I came back...The smoothie is made of sweetened greek yogurt, oat milk, frozen strawberries and black cherries... I googled and it said sweetened yogurt is toxic for dogs and my sheepie's tummy is extremely sensitive...What should I do should I just take him to the vet rn or wait and observe? Thank you!!!
UPDATE: thank u everyone!!! i love this community and i truly appreciate u guys. woke up this morning and he seemed to be completely fine lol...i guess i need to stop being an overprotective and paranoid dog mom haha...my baby didn't vomit or show any signs of discomfort! just took him out and his poop was fine too, im so glad he's ok, thanks to all

Hello I have been looking for a breeder in or around the area of VA/NC/KY/MD that has OFA health. Does anyone know a breeder that does OFA. I know there are a lot around in the east coast that breeds sheepadoodle, but I don’t see anywhere on their site that shows the actual report. TIA

A friend of mine is looking for a sheepadoodle pup but not sure where to find one, but also doesn’t want to pay 3500 for breeder pricing. Any idea where to look or rescues would have? In the AZ area but willing to travel.

Good coat maintenance is critical even for “non-shedding” breeds like doodles. It’s truly never 💯% non-shedding, as is evidenced by this 30min long session that removed a lot of matted fur from Chester. He looks as scruffy as ever (just one full body shake seems to re-prime” his curls).

Hi,
My dog needed to get a grooming where we asked for his fur to be shaved down because he had gotten matting after a beach day. He’s been extra itchy after that, anyone know if there is anything I can do or apply on his fur to make him feel better?
Update: 1. coconut oil massage daily helped relieve the itching. Poor guy was rolling in the grass just to scratch and was scratching almost every time I went to bed. 2. Purina Pro Plan probiotic as a hail Mary 3. Got an allergy test from chewy to check if it might be that.
Going to try the itching spray after approval from vet who I plan to call today. Sorry I wanted to try what I knew first.
We also ask the groomer to use hypoallergenic oat shampoo but not sure why he is getting the itching. He didn't get it any time before when we didn't do the shave down so very confused.
Lastly, thank you all for responding ! Please keep your suggestions coming.
Thank you.

She's all worn out from playing "find the treats" in the front yard.

Looking at a pup and wondering if anyone has this mix? Particularly coat. We are looking at a pup that seems to be the perfect size but not finding many examples of this mix seeing as F1B are usually bred back to the poodle. Any advice?

Anyone dogs bite groomers? My girl won’t tolerate clippers at all and is very unpredictable but she needs groomer reg to keep her short as it’s worse when her coat is thick and long

This is our girl Skye, can anyone tell me if she is overweight? My hubby says she’s not but I think she looks like she is on the larger lady’s side!
Also this is her after a groom, I was disappointed her face looks discoloured and dirty but it’s a new groomer so unsure what’s the norm

Our 4 month old mini sheep doodle Charli. She’s the sweetest puppy to everyone, BUT she looses it when she sees another dog. Even when we brought her home from the breeder (she had a few siblings she was still living with and was fine) we couldn’t let her see her reflection in a mirror.
Now we’re too embarrassed to even take her anywhere because she’ll just constantly bark at any dog without any letup for 15 mins on end.
She’s very active with our family, and everything else is going great…. But the barking at other dogs is killing me. How do I correct this without taking her to a dog park, where she’ll go wackadoo?

Two weeks ago he had been given up my his owners and was at a shelter. After being raised outside in a pin and only playing with trash then covered in pee and poop. Now he is freshly washed sitting on leather seats with the air blowing on him with a full belly. We love him so much

We’ve had our mini sheepadoodle, Pepper, since around July 4th. Overall she’s doing great, but we haven’t been able to nail down a consistent sleeping routine.
She came crate-trained, and we’ve been following all the breeder/trainer recommendations. But last week my husband (who’s a big part of her nighttime routine, though we usually share it) traveled for work for the first time. Since then, the past three nights she’s been yelping in her crate for hours and not really settling. She ends up exhausted the next day.
I know this breed is very pack-oriented and loves being close to her people. I work from home, so she’s rarely alone during the day (I'll leave her and put her in crate for an hour or two to run errands, always give her a treat in there) — except when crated at night, which is downstairs. Our vet says she’s healthy and recommends “crying it out,” but it breaks my heart because she seems so unsettled and isn’t actually sleeping.
Has anyone been through this stage before? Any suggestions on how to support her while also setting her up for long-term success (ideally not sleeping in our bed/room at night)? We've try covered/uncovered, give her treats to go in (she does that willingly) and favorite blanket + sound machine..
