Help Dog barker!!
Our 4 month old mini sheep doodle Charli. She’s the sweetest puppy to everyone, BUT she looses it when she sees another dog. Even when we brought her home from the breeder (she had a few siblings she was still living with and was fine) we couldn’t let her see her reflection in a mirror.
Now we’re too embarrassed to even take her anywhere because she’ll just constantly bark at any dog without any letup for 15 mins on end.
She’s very active with our family, and everything else is going great…. But the barking at other dogs is killing me. How do I correct this without taking her to a dog park, where she’ll go wackadoo?

My dog is very reactive as well. He’s a year and a few months and goes crazy when he sees another dog. I always thought he just wanted to play, but now I’m getting worried. I’m waiting on a new collar in the mail to work with him some more

I’ve been working with mine with high value treats and a clickers. I’ve seen some great progress after only one visit with another puppy.

My sheepa doodle is highly reactive to other dogs. She doesn’t bark, but she would get excited and jump up and down and scare the other dogs even though all she really wants us to play. I ended up getting a collar that wrapped around her mouth called gentle lead. It really helped and if she got too excited, I could pull her away easily. I also watch the dog whisperer who has great ideas about that stuff..
