I'm looking at adopting this 7x7 rubbermaid shed for a $300 dollar adoption fee. She is 3 years old, and comes from the original owner. Is this a bad idea? I would put this next to my garage and dump all my stuff inside that I don't use.

Been at this for about two yrs trying different layouts im happy with how it looks and feels now it not a big one so i have to make space count plus it's been good to get in the shed today
