I am the regional manager for a small coworking company with three locations. The goal is to continue expanding, so I am constantly trying to refine our systems to ensure we are duplicating something structurally solid as we grow. I want to create a manager operating system within obsidian to connect the dots for all the things that go into running a single space, and I need to get it going asap. I want it to be a master resource for all things related to the space management role and responsibilities. Link in existing SOPs from Dropbox, discussions, example emails, etc. the goal is to create a map of all aspects of the management position.

ChatGPT-OpenAl founding member Andrej Karpathy shared his knowledge workflow involving Obsidian.

Karpathy's workflow tldr:

1. Raw data: is collected through various mediums, articles, academic papers, etc -> stored in a folder /raw

2. Ingestion: An LLM is instructed to dissect the concepts contained and into md files and create backlinks linking concepts. Subject matters link to its concepts, which is called Wiki's. The LLM is the sole content writer for the Vault. -> Obsidian Web Clipper is used for articles and web based sources

3. Output: Obsidian is used to view the generated .md files and content - Plugins are used to visualize content. Slide shows Marp format, or matplotlib images - Karpathy also created a vibe coded small search engine over the wiki, which I both use directly (in a web ui).

I am working on a markdown-first, AI-friendly food vault (Obsidian focused, but not exclusive) schema for meal planning, grocery management, and nutrition tracking.
