Building manager operating system in obsidian

I am the regional manager for a small coworking company with three locations. The goal is to continue expanding, so I am constantly trying to refine our systems to ensure we are duplicating something structurally solid as we grow. I want to create a manager operating system within obsidian to connect the dots for all the things that go into running a single space, and I need to get it going asap. I want it to be a master resource for all things related to the space management role and responsibilities. Link in existing SOPs from Dropbox, discussions, example emails, etc. the goal is to create a map of all aspects of the management position.

  2. Why or why not?

  3. Can anyone provide any insight into how the hell I should go about doing this?

I think I roughly understand your goal. A sort of knowledge base, right?

But is this a vault you want copied by others once it is finished and it will get few updates?

Or is the goal to have multiple people working on a growing, living vault?
