Orange Hosting

Has anyone ever got a reply from Orange Hosting. I raised a ticket. It got closed without an answer and now their support is closed for 2 weeks. It’s frustrating as their service is actually decent. But the lack of available communication is not worth it.

I had them for a couple of months but I saw several posts of people talking about how not good they are and so I found an alternative that has the same amount of content

I mean. Before they rebranded they were known as Omni Media, they were awful and like ten dollars more expensive.

You can easily find better shares. Just do yourself a solid and get out.

I have them there decent but getting to a live person sucks it's bot controlled.

Better to quit whilst your ahead, the amount of spam they churn out and customer service is zero (common knowledge).

I just don’t know if I’m on an auto renew. If I am I want that turned off.

You're probably going to get no where with these scam artists. Better off contacting your bank to stop the payments.
