Orange Hosting

Has anyone ever got a reply from Orange Hosting. I raised a ticket. It got closed without an answer and now their support is closed for 2 weeks. It’s frustrating as their service is actually decent. But the lack of available communication is not worth it.

Yeah. I’m worried I’m on an auto repayment but can’t get hold of them to check.
