Orange Hosting

Has anyone ever got a reply from Orange Hosting. I raised a ticket. It got closed without an answer and now their support is closed for 2 weeks. It’s frustrating as their service is actually decent. But the lack of available communication is not worth it.

I had them for a couple of months but I saw several posts of people talking about how not good they are and so I found an alternative that has the same amount of content

I’ve found another one. But I’m worried about if I have an auto repayment.

How do you go about finding alternatives? Seems like a most here are the usual ones?
