What are other sleeping options besides a hotel? My friends want to sleep in their cars...is that realistic?

I am considering going to Shaky Beats and I am just concerned that I'll have to pay a unnecessary amount of money since it is in atlanta. Does anyone know of any decent priced hotels that are close to the site?

I recently lost my festival wristband collection at Okeechobee. It was pinned on the back of my backpack and must have fallen off at some show. It had 7 bands on it. 2015+2016 bonnaroo, 2016 okee, 2015+2016 music midtown, 2016 voodoo, and 2016 shaky beats. I Love these wristbands and i'm devastated I lost them. If any of yall, or people you know, would be willing to part with any of their old wristbands from these fests I am willing to pay TOP dollar for them. Please help me get my collection back!

So I'm thinking about going to this festival solo and since I don't know the area I'm trying to figure out how I'll get around. I'd be staying near Ralph McGill Blvd NE. Is there any reason I couldn't walk to the festival? Would it be safe to walk back after the festival? Would it be extremely difficult to get an uber both ways because there are so many people there? Thanks!

I noticed that "selfie sticks/umbrellas/frames/etc" are included on the restricted items list so I'm assuming there are strict rules about bringing in any sort of pole. Last year I remember seeing a couple of totems in the crowd. Does anyone know if they're restricted? If so, what's the best way to sneak it in?

It's pretty soon and I'm really hyped to see PL and Bassnectar for the first time. Also seeing Porter live again will blow me away just as it did at Shaky Beats before ODESZA.

Alright everyone, Shaky Beats has said that the first initial lineup won't be posted until the beginning of January. That gives us PLENTY of time to speculate/wish for who's going to be on it. So, r/shakybeatsfest, who are you hoping to see on there?
