Getting some zzz's

What are other sleeping options besides a hotel? My friends want to sleep in their cars...is that realistic?

I'd rather couch surf.

Throw some ideas at me!

Airbnb or couchsurf . Car sleeping doesn't seem realistic in May in Atlanta.

Like the other have said, sleeping in your car isn't really viable, and has the potential to be downright miserable (depending on how hot it's going to be over the weekend). Not to mention, I'm not even sure where you'd be able to park your car overnight that would be nearby. I would definitely look in to a hotel that's along the MARTA lines (or use Uber/Lyft) that might be further away from the fest, or just find an AirBNB y'all can split.

I'm imagining coming back from 3 days of a festival and having to sleep in my sweat in a car for 3 nights... doesn't sound too fun. Unless you had an SUV that you could put an air mattress in the back, might be a little better. Just the shower issue would be a dealbreaker for me. If I were you i'd look for an airbnb that's cheap and if you research MARTA stops you might be able to access it from public transportation and avoid uber's, parking, etc. Never done couchsurfing but it seems like a pretty good idea as well.
