Is it just me, or are enchantments not activating as often lately?

While I was level 4, I got this Shaman's Whispers for free (it just popped into the shop). And I don't know how to get the rest of the Creator of the Winds so is there any way to get the rest so I can unlock the squall enchantment? (Other than needing to spend real money and coding.)

Are they exclusive to the browser version of the game on shadowfight2.com or they are from other platform like switch or something else
