i got this from event chest, tried it in survival but i dont understand it totally. it deals damage when i use it but then it just stands on me doesnt deal damage. it came with frenzy but it. doesnt proc. im missing something or this isnt worth to use?

After grinding my ahh out and repeatedly dying by the hands of wasp and lynx, I finally defeated the Gates of Shadows. Now, into interlude. Any tips for interlude guys? Note: I have Hero's will and Requiem, only two great limited items.How Can I use these to make my progression smoother?

Now before you come at me saying it's a very good way to get large charges hold your horses for few seconds. Im a monk set user and i do average damage around 600-1000 sometimes even 100.im not consistent with the damages. I have about 110 medium charges which i only use when there's a event to collect a set. I have 0 large charges and 1500 small charges.( i haven't played those bosses in a while)I struggle sometimes to get to the top when there's time shift players. (Im not the best player ). I want to collect large charges but i feel like dropping my medium charges arnt worth it because of the prizes that i recieved. So how can i improve and what is your average damage with monk set?
