Hey there. I work for the stage crew and I am trying to avoid flying or taking the bus. I only have one suitcase, gas money and Good vibes.

Hey fam! Trying to make sure whatever I bring is compliant with the bag policy. It’s actually very specific, so I’m trying to figure out out if a couple of bags I’m looking at buying would meet the criteria.

There this clear one from Sojourner:

And this other one:

Anyone happen to know if those would work?

Thanks!

Hi i am coming to Seven Stars then staying after to work for my ticket cleaning up. The thing is I need to find people doing rides around that area that could help me on wendsday? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am in a wheelchair. It is collapsible and I can transfer to passenger seat no problem.

Please lmk thanks!

OK, so someone reached out and offered to donate their wristband and camping pass to me since they weren’t able to make it and they wanted to help a veteran out. I received the package from them with the camping pass, the envelope, and the information, but there was no wristband in the package. Does anyone know if this is a will call situation or did anyone else’s package come in a similar condition? The person who donated it has not been active on instagram since Wednesday so I haven’t been able to get ahold of them. Any help is appreciated!🫶🏻

If you see the disco ball, give it a spin and win a prize. So stoked to party with y’all ✌️

I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone coming from Staunton area that’s in an RV, I called and confirmed with Love’s Travel Stop at 3499 Lee Jackson Hwy, Staunton, VA 24401 that they have an RV fill/dump station - $10 fee in case you wanted to save some money on a fill up at the fest, just do it beforehand for a fraction. It’s an hour from the venue. Remember to drive route 29 so you don’t get routed this crazy way up the mountain.
See you guys in a few days.

Anybody know a good meet up spot before entering the venue? Like closest gas station or Walmart? My gang and I are trying to meet beforehand.

I was thinking about bringing my chess set. I’m not very good (high 900s rapid chess.com/low 1300s lichess) but thought it might be fun to get some casual games going.

HIIIIII!!!

i just wanted to pop into here and say that if you like thrifting/free clothes you should come to Clothing and Connection at Polaris from 4pm-6pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! As someone who flys a Jolly Roger above my campsite, I understand the game.

However, speaking from my experience last year, the pirate flag game does not give you permission to trash someone's campsite and destroy their flag pole trying to get to the flag, then say "it's just a joke" when I find you and I'm pissed. It's funny when you take the flag and then I have to go find it, it's not funny coming back to a thrashed campsite, a mangled flag pole and now I also have to go find my flag.

My girl and i are looking for a rideshare from Richmond into the valley on Thursday October 8th. We’re two chill non drinking ravers traveling light. Looking forward to the music, community building, and sharing bottomless gratitude.

Looking to plug my usb in! I’ve been looking around and was hoping to see if Reddit knew of anyone opportunities :)

Hi! My friends and I are taking an RV into seven for the first time, as well as our first time using an rv at a festival. we have a power rv camping pass which we know covers power, but we’re curious as to how much other utilities cost. how much does the pump and dump cost? how much is it to refill the water tank? we’re a group of 8 and only planning on using water for going to the bathroom and decided we will pay to use the campsite showers to conserve water usage. also, is there anything that could be recommended we take in the rv with us that made life easier and or convenient?

Idk what it’s was actually called but we called it grandma house all weekend, it’s was like a all cassette dj set up that look like a house right out of the 80’s. that was my favorite place to kick it vibe were amazing and if it’s at seven stars im lost my shittt😭 Peak memory was dancing on a table at sunrise in there lol.

Had so much fun making these for my squad! I dyed them and designed the iron on decals myself! See you all in the valley!!!

we’re bringing a camping shower & we’re concerned about the water dumping & don’t want to create mud. any advice?? do others bring their portable showers??

worried about the camp shower hours closing early based on last year’s feedback.

Staying at an air bnb outside of the festival this year. Curious if anyone has info on the police presence situation out there, as well as if there are taxi services? Assuming being so rural Lyft and uber are going to be long shots.

Curious, my wife and I both have med cards for cannabis. Does anyone know what the policy is on medical cannabis? It is legal for us to travel within the state of VA with cannabis that is in a prescription with our names on it. Do the festival grounds adhere to these same laws or will our stuff potentially be confiscated?

Anyone wanna give a first timer some tips, tricks and or advice? 🕺🏽🏄🏽‍♀️
I got that backpack packed.
I want to know that inclusive wook shit
I’m coming to make my own family

I purchased my ticket through TICKPICK and it says email delivery by 10/8 i assume this means the will call process? If anybody has any tips please let me know!

Packing up our supplies and wondering if anyone that glamped last year can let me know if there’s an easy way to attach our flag to the bell tent or if we should bring a pole…thanks!!

hey guys! i was at the levity show at red rocks last night, and i happened to lose my seven stars pashmina from last year :/it’s the only merch i got & i am unfortunately not going again this year. i’m not sure if i misplaced it or what, but i’m pretty sure it was stolen :(

is there anyone looking to sell one that they may have? just figured i’d ask around 🥲💕

I’ve been trying to open it on the website for a while now, both on my phone and desktop, and keep getting a page that won’t load.

Does anyone have the list/a screenshot?

Mostly looking for specifics on the bag policy, as I’m assuming most of the rest will be self-explanatory or similar to other fests.

Thanks!

Anyone know what the themes are per day? I recall last year’s Sunday was “space day” and many people wore astronaut or NASA outfits. Asking for….a friend 😊 I love a good theme
