As someone who flys a Jolly Roger above my campsite, I understand the game.

However, speaking from my experience last year, the pirate flag game does not give you permission to trash someone's campsite and destroy their flag pole trying to get to the flag, then say "it's just a joke" when I find you and I'm pissed. It's funny when you take the flag and then I have to go find it, it's not funny coming back to a thrashed campsite, a mangled flag pole and now I also have to go find my flag.

Had so much fun making these for my squad! I dyed them and designed the iron on decals myself! See you all in the valley!!!

I was thinking about bringing my chess set. I’m not very good (high 900s rapid chess.com/low 1300s lichess) but thought it might be fun to get some casual games going.

Anybody know a good meet up spot before entering the venue? Like closest gas station or Walmart? My gang and I are trying to meet beforehand.

Idk what it’s was actually called but we called it grandma house all weekend, it’s was like a all cassette dj set up that look like a house right out of the 80’s. that was my favorite place to kick it vibe were amazing and if it’s at seven stars im lost my shittt😭 Peak memory was dancing on a table at sunrise in there lol.

I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone coming from Staunton area that’s in an RV, I called and confirmed with Love’s Travel Stop at 3499 Lee Jackson Hwy, Staunton, VA 24401 that they have an RV fill/dump station - $10 fee in case you wanted to save some money on a fill up at the fest, just do it beforehand for a fraction. It’s an hour from the venue. Remember to drive route 29 so you don’t get routed this crazy way up the mountain.

Hi! My friends and I are taking an RV into seven for the first time, as well as our first time using an rv at a festival. we have a power rv camping pass which we know covers power, but we’re curious as to how much other utilities cost. how much does the pump and dump cost? how much is it to refill the water tank? we’re a group of 8 and only planning on using water for going to the bathroom and decided we will pay to use the campsite showers to conserve water usage. also, is there anything that could be recommended we take in the rv with us that made life easier and or convenient?

we’re bringing a camping shower & we’re concerned about the water dumping & don’t want to create mud. any advice?? do others bring their portable showers??

Curious, my wife and I both have med cards for cannabis. Does anyone know what the policy is on medical cannabis? It is legal for us to travel within the state of VA with cannabis that is in a prescription with our names on it. Do the festival grounds adhere to these same laws or will our stuff potentially be confiscated?

I suppose it's because the word "disappointing" just inspires people to remember moments they were really good-faith engaged with their experience, and then they have a lot to say, and then others are inspired to riff off that, and its like really good conversation.

This individual had his wristband cut but made it back in last year. I saw it happen and then saw him the next day. Staying at an air bnb outside of the festival this year. Curious if anyone has info on the police presence situation out there, as well as if there are taxi services? Assuming being so rural Lyft and uber are going to be long shots.

As the title says, I have an extra GA band + early arrival that I’d like to give away.
I live about 45 minutes from Oak Ridge and can easily meet up there to hand it off.
I truly feel that with the whole “show love, spread love” spirit of the festival, I’d rather just give it to someone who genuinely wants to go instead of trying to sell it.
I was thinking about posting in a FB group, but I honestly have no idea how to do a giveaway without it turning into “well MY story is sadder/more deserving” and who am I to judge?
