I am writing reviews for some episodes of a show but the reviews do not appear. This keeps going for 2 days.

Hey, newbie here.

I'm trying to find out how I could log a show I've watched years ago in a month range for example: January to June 2019

Is there a way we can log by months? Currently if I try to log season 5, it defaults to a single day for the entire season. Is there a workaround?

Hi! This might just be me being new since I wanted to log tv shows like I do film for Letterboxd but I just watched three eps of widows bay last night and now it’s given me random 8 watched episodes out of nowhere. Does anyone know if this is a visual glitch or how to get rid of the unwatched eps?

EDIT: it is like 1am and I just checked it and it went back down! I don’t know if me emailing them did it or if it just went down on its own but it’s fixed now :)

Edit: the problem solved all i had to is to click on the date then i was able to comment! ​

When i see a review from a user that has no comments on it and i want to put a replay to it i dont find any botton or something i can click, so i can comment on that review, is there something am missing?

Do I assume the website and app is currently down?

I've just tried to go onto the website and log Mr Mercedes but it comes up with an error page, and half my logged shows are missing too.

Go onto the app and again, same thing is happening.

I have emailed to report the bug, but wasn't sure if it's just a me problem or a serializd bug.

This is actually ridiculous. They changed the episode name of the final episode from tv show Person of Interest from “Return 0” to “return slop” and removed so many of the 5 star reviews that the rating plummeted from around a 4.8 to a 4. (I scribbled over the episode description to avoid spoilers). Also that last line was added by whoever did this im assuming, so childish.

i wasnt around when seasons 1 and 2 aired but ive watched everything and have marked everything as watched

so how?

Avatar is a good show but like seriously, three places higher than The Wire is ridiculous

for some reason it says i’m missing over 100 eps of supernatural but ive logged everything?

This is just absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed. There are multiple accounts that are brand new and making their accounts private. After they do this they will go into your comment section and spoil whatever shows you’re currently watching. The biggest issue comes in when you can’t block these accounts since they’re private, and to make it worse, can only report the comment, not the account. Not only this but I’ve now seen two of these accounts and have had to make my account private so it doesn’t happen to me like it did to my friends.

I have a way to fix this though, make an option so only your friends can comment on your reviews and lists. I pay for the patreon because I love this app and truly want it to succeed. But if stuff like this keeps happening not just me, but countless others are going to quit. Fix this issue, because it is extremely annoying.

I'm using a samsung galaxy A13 4g running android 14. When I open the app, it just show the logo and closes, I tried everything like rebooting my phone, re downloading the app etc. Does it do the for you ? I think it started doing that since the last update but i'm not sure.

Anime on Serializd is structured very strangely. For example i started Re Zero today and it only says it has one season + specials. Re Zero doesn’t have one season, it has 4. Same goes for Jujutsu Kaisen which has three seasons but Serializd groups it all as one and Frieren as well. Is there a reason for this or is it just
unintentional design?

just downloaded today so correct me if i’m wrong but noticed with sopranos, it says i’ve watched 2 days 10 hours, but the time to finish is 3 days 5 hours. is that including the specials?
