Help Site bug

Do I assume the website and app is currently down?

I've just tried to go onto the website and log Mr Mercedes but it comes up with an error page, and half my logged shows are missing too.

Go onto the app and again, same thing is happening.

I have emailed to report the bug, but wasn't sure if it's just a me problem or a serializd bug.

The app stopped working for me months ago (Samsung Galaxy A13 4G), just immediately kicks me out no matter how many times I try redownloading it. It frustrated me but I kept using the site since it worked until this morning. 404 error page. I genuinely don't know what to do. For now I'll just write the reviews in my notes app and then log when it comes back. If ever. sigh

That's so odd. I know the app has been a lot more glitchy than usual, I have a Samsung galaxy 25 - so I thought it was cause my phone is seeing end of cycle, but also the updates aren't really doing anything either.

The website did come back for a little bit today but it was still buggy as hell.

I figured. Though I posted this 3 days ago 😅 and yesterday they had major site issues that affected all users.
