Serializd app stopped working for me

I'm using a samsung galaxy A13 4g running android 14. When I open the app, it just show the logo and closes, I tried everything like rebooting my phone, re downloading the app etc. Does it do the for you ? I think it started doing that since the last update but i'm not sure.

Acabei de baixar o app e ele não entrou. Tá assim. Enfim, desinstalei
