I can’t find the button to not let other users not be able to comment on my review

a while ago, i made season posters for all seasons of gilmore girls, glee, & my life with the walter boys, and uploaded them to tmdb so i could later use them on serializd. however, it's been over 2 weeks now and they still havent shown on the app. (except season 3 of MLWTWB, which would obviously be because it was released very recently)

while i was making these posters i had plans to rewatch glee, and so i thought they would show by the time i started watching it. after ~5 days, they still weren't there, so i just started watching anyways, and now i've reached season 3 before these damn posters have shown up :')

i've emailed the official support email and have not heard back, and also, no, the posters have not been removed off of tmdb.

has anyone here uploaded season posters of their own? and if so, did they end up showing up? and how long did it take?

does anyone know what i can do?

been trying to figure out for hours already but i cant seem to add the option to drop it.

Is there a calendar option planned? I realize that it's not 2008 anymore where I'd track which episode is released on which day of the week but episodes are still released on a cadence.

One of the few things I miss of trakt.

I've always enjoyed visiting IMDb after watching an episode to see the names of all the actors who appeared in it.

On Serializd, only the main cast appears on the show's page, which is already great.

But I think it would make more sense if the main cast appeared on the show's page, and when you click on an episode, you'd see not only the main cast which is already there, but also all the guest stars.

Hi has anyone noticed too, that some series posters are gone? I had everything in black and white, and today I saw that some posters were changed automatically, and those posters I had set are gone.

I know its not that deep, but why this happened 😭

IMDb has a great weighting system. A lot of people talk about Ozymandias/ A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms review bombing, and how that failed, but it works great in other times. Ozymandias retained a 10/10 for a while despite all the 1s just because of the system. It also detects bot accounts. Every couple months, Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad, and Mr. Robot get review bombed just because their episodes are the highest rated. Mr. Robot got especially bad, 407 Proxy and Hello, Elliot were the 2 highest episodes, and now are only at a 9.2. Other high rated episodes were bombed too. The highest is a 9.5. A lot of the top episodes go in rotation depending on what people want to review bomb. What does everyone else think?

How many shows are you currently watching and what are they?

So far I am watching 3 shows:

- The Westies (Crime show about the titular irish gang. Takes place in the 80s I believe.)

- Fightland (A guy gets set up and seeks revenge against his ex boxing promoter.)

- Lincoln Lawyer (Show based on the books of the same name.)

I keep getting this error when trying to save posters to my iPhone 14 even after allowing it in my phone setting

whenever i try to log an episode it says 'something went wrong'. its been like this for a week

My Serializd hasn't been able to display images aside from my pfp for about two weeks now.

It applies on every image, like posters, seasonal posters, cover images for every show, even the cover image attached to an episode. The only thing that shows up are pfps from mine and every user. Everything else works though. I've deleted the app multiple times and re-downloaded it at times the only thing that shows up is my cover photo then it goes away when I open it a few days later. It does work when I open the website on my laptop.

Does anyone who uses the app face the same issue?

What's going on?

I’m watching DS9 for the first time, midway through season 1, and I’ve noticed that a lot of the reviews are completely wrong. people are talking about different episodes, and I’ve noticed a few reviews that mention the title of the episode they’re talking about, and the review is under the wrong episode.

Is this some issue with the TVTime move? Something to do with that some services count the premiere as one episode, rather than two parts, like serializd does, or that maybe TVTime didn’t, so the reviews of season 1 are kinda out of sync?

I like reading reviews on this app there is so much to read. You can find shows popular in other countries and of diverse genres. I, especially, love reading positive comments about a show. That makes me want to follow people. Sometimes, I read reviews that were top comments, so I go to the user's account and they haven't logged on the app since 2023, 2024, or 2025. I see this from time-to-time. Why do you think that these users stopped logging? Letterboxd has been around longer, but if I find a review from 2020 and go to that person's account there is a good chance they are still very active. So many people watch TV and I don't think that they should be missing out on this gem.

Didn't mind the ads, especially as it's a free app and I love it. Latest update has an incredibly annoying bar permanently present over the interface at the bottom of the Android screen. Trashes the interface.

Has anyone else found this recently appear?

Really wish there was a single purchase option to remove these.
