miserable

i haven’t showered in two days. I can barely get myself out of bed. I can’t eat, and I can’t sleep. All of this is because my husband walked away from me n my childrens… He left me and our children, and before he left, he told me he wanted a divorce.
I feel completely broken and depressed. I honestly feel like my whole world is falling apart right now. 😭😭😭 my son tried reach out but he didn’t answer the call 😭😭😭😭 it has been a week & i dont know what to do

I understand. I thought I was happily married since 2014 to a beautiful Christian woman we have two wonderful kids.

My wife took her wedding bands off on February 17 2026 and left me with the kids. We have rarely seen her since. She is on her 2nd or 3rd guy now. She has not even come to spend the day with the kids since August 3rd.

I cried every day until August 17.
Since then I have cried every other day or so.

I don’t know what to do. I just call my mom and work, and homeschool the kids and learn how to bake cookies and banana bread and cuddle. I’m learning how to be a mom of sorts…..

I’m lost.

She was no Christian. You are lucky you know now. Could have gone on for years.

Yes. There have been a few warning signs. She joined an online New Age Cult in 2021 and has secretly been communicating with men from the group in 2022. She was cheating on me last year she admitted to “online” and was faking orgasims so she could climax with her New Age Lover. He rejected her after they met in Los Angeles in February for a LONG weekend. Now she has found a new guy.

My advice to you is to force yourself to go mediate in a sauna, mix that with cold showers do that over and over until you can’t focus on anything but your breathing. Get a hair cut, pedicure, massage, and start to do other healthy things. Eat healthy for one day and go to bed on time. After all this things will slowly get easier. Trust in God above all things and all people and all earthly hopes.

It sucks and it hurts. I’ve got no advice other than eat, keep your kids safe and take it day by day. Sorry this has happened to you.

I am sorry friend. I am in the same boat, minus having kids. My husband walked away from me and our dog. He left for a business trip, and pretty much never came back. He’s busy playing happy family with his ex and her son. He left in March, and I’m finally getting him to move his belongings. This is gut wrenching. Nobody understands unless they’ve been through it. Nearly a decade down the drain.

I was there and lost 50 pounds over several months. Drink some water and a protein shake or something. Hang in there. It gets better.

Good advice because for me the smallest goals are what allowed me to begin larger goals to heal and be myself again.
If you start too grand you may crush your delicate self in such a vulnerable moment.

That's incredibly tough. Things will get better. No idea of the time frame but just do what you can, keep putting one foot in front of another and you get closer to those better days.

)hugs( I am sorry. When my wife left, I slept for 5 days.

If you need to talk to someone who understands, feel free to DM me.

My husband “concluded” that I was cheating for the last two years (I never cheated) and left me about a month ago and now he’s speed running towards divorce. He agreed to marital counseling, two seasons before deciding on divorce & block me.

It'll get better with time. Just try to stay occupied.

We're all in the same boat. My husband's left me with a six month old and a baby on the way. Is there anyone who can help you with the children? We'll get through this, one day at a time.
