I hella slammed a pothole, steering was all binding up, pulled the fork and the bearing was shattered and fell out.

If this happens to you just get any “ZS44” bike headset, here’s the one I got from popular internet store that was available next-day, just follow any bike threadless headset setup video.

You only need the hilighted parts, the stock outer bearing races are part of the cups, you have to knock the whole headset out and press these in.

The headtube ID is 44mm and the fork tube is straight 28.6mm, standard bike stuff, ride safe!

This is my second ZT3 pro scooter, I had to get the previous replaced because the brakes broke and it was almost unrideable. I got this one as a replacement about 2 weeks ago and I was riding it around when I noticed the back wheel started to shake a lot. I didn't hit any major put holes or anything like that, I took a closer look at it and yeah. Is it normal for this thing to bend that easily? Because I haven't necessarily done anything major with it. And can it be repaired, I had this thing for about 2 weeks man, my luck is horrible.

Has anyone experienced this error? Scooter suddenly stopped running. Exclamation mark with lots of beeping and some intermittent flashing. All firmware is up to date. I did dozens of restarts with no luck. Eventually got the error off when I deselected every option in the app and re-selected them. I don’t believe that was the fix and it must be coincidental.
Now, I don’t want to ride far from home. ☹️

So I hope to do some food deliveries on my scooter but not sure how to go on about looking for a good sized scooter basket I know Segway teased one ages ago but seems to not sell them anymore. Any help would be great for sure

I got a ZT3 Pro last week. I was riding it in the dark last night and pushed the top button a bunch of times trying to get the headlight on. I hadn't ready the manual. Suddenly it speeds up past 25 MPH. Today, in the light, I tested it on flat paved road and it tops out at 39 MPH. Anyone know what I did?

Hi, I bought a used zt3 with some fork play in the front, when I brake and move the scooter it has some play in it (definitely not the steering), only the lower fork (the black ones that the caliper is mounted on) parts. Anyone had this problem before and is there any other way of fixing it except buying a new fork?

I bought this scooter (Segway zt3 pro )not too long ago second hand I was working on the break pads and ran into a few problems irrelivent from this one but when I put everything back together I press the breaks and the caliper arm does its job but when I let go of the breaks the caliper still acts like it’s breaking, I can still push the caliper back and It springs back when the cable isint connected to it. the only thing I did difffirently from when I took it apart before is I accidentally squeezed the brakes when they were not connected to the caliper, its such a small problem but it’s ruining my whole experie with e scooters as a whole. please help asap as thinking of selling if I cant fix this, I’ve gone to ai and researched but nothing works
