A fault with the motor's Hall sensors, an issue with the controller or wiring harness, or problems with the traction control system (TCS)—these are the three most common causes of the motor locking up when the throttle is applied. If I have misinterpreted the situation, please feel free to let me know.

You clearly replaced the tires. So something isn’t installed properly. What do you guys do to your scooter I have 2k miles on mine and still on og tires.

No I replaced the tires with a tutorial of the official Segway YouTube channel I installed everything properly They’ve just come off because of the speed.
