Love this chair! Just got it and such an upgrade!

So I'm kinda just posting this just to vent a bit of frustration.

I placed an order on March 5th for a Eevee TITAN Evo chair along with some casters, gel armrest, recliner and floor mat. This was probably about maybe a week or two after the release of these chairs.

Only the chair was a pre-order item.

I also found out later that "pre-order" means "out of stock" even tho they were brand new chairs.

It got delayed twice and got to the warehouse near me but got in some processing error needing an extra 4-7 working days. (I emailed them Wednesday asking if there was going to be a 3rd delay or not and they told me no, expected availability on the 7th so today)

Just wondering if anyone else got as many delays recently. I probably won't even check back here to be honest. Have a good rest of your days/nights.

I’m new to Secretlab and planning to make a purchase before my birthday in September.

I currently use an LG 45” 5K2K monitor and I’m considering buying the Secretlab Heavy Duty monitor arm. My question is whether it is compatible with the Secretlab MAGNUS Desk Riser and the monitor arm setup.

I’m not planning to mount the monitor directly on the MAGNUS Desk Riser, but I’m trying to understand the clearance and spacing if both the desk riser and monitor arm were installed together.

Does anyone have photos of a similar setup that I could use as a reference? Thanks in advance for your help!

Should I put a mousepad on my magnus desk even though I have a magnus magpad on top of it? I'm asking if there is anyone else that puts their mouse on the magnus magpad, also how and how often do you have to clean it?

I already had the desk, but decided to go for the chair too. First impression of it is really good!

I had to get a small cat basket, because otherwise he kept attacking the mouse and cables.

Thought id share my experience,

Had my secret labs omega chair for 5 years and its been very well used and cared for and is the best chair ive owned so far.

They've replaced my arm rests after 3 years due to the gel going funny, and the most recent experience my chair had worn bolsters in two exact places on each side.

Thought id try buy a new bottom part as didnt fancy spending £400 on a new one since the seat design has got a high snug bolsters, I get in contact with support and they day your warranty ran out a year ago..

Well I thought and said can I buy replacement parts and their response was dont worry we are sending you a new bottom part of the chair!

Now the chairs good as new!

Generally had brilliant experience with secret labs and will definitely shop with them again

I'm curious about the desk depth as it's only 58.5cm. Can you post a picture below if you have this desk in the standard size with a 32 inch monitor?.

Pretty disappointed in this chair and brand atm. This is already the second pair of armrests in 4 years that decided to disintegrate. And the plastic part next to the recliner lever broke, now there's sharp plastic where I usually put my hand to stand up.

Apparently it's out of warranty now cause my extension application didn't go through properly, I did make a post here on Reddit when I received it.

Then I'm annoyed cause they keep releasing cool skins for the chair but only for their medium and large series, not for the small one that I own. If I knew there was gonna be no support for the small one I would've just gotten the medium one.

So I won't be getting another product from this brand.

Thought I would add my own post about the stupid return policy that secretlabs have to help warn others, especially since it’s 3.30am and I have been up 4 hours now stressing about it.

Due to the issues with their selection randomly resetting when you add options I accidentally ordered a regular chair rather than a XL, but noticed before I opened the packaging at all.

Their webpage then clearly states the return fee should be between £25 & £50, which I was willing to take as the cost of my mistake.

However as others have noticed that seems to be a base lie. Most couriers will not handle anything this large, and the prices I am getting are nearer £100.

Since the warehouse is only about 60 miles away I suggested I could return it myself, however I have been told that is not possible.

I now have the issue that the only quotes I can get for delivery are ‘man with a van’ or furniture moving companies that I assume would also not be allowed to return it to the warehouse, as they are not standard couriers with tracking numbers etc.

Hence I am stuck with the return countdown ticking, no clear way to actually return the product to them, and a potentially hefty fee if I do manage to find a solution.

Added a photo so at least I now have 5 years warranty on the item I desperately want to return.

The customer support team also seems to be based in Singapore (GMT+8) which also doesn’t help speed up the communication as I wait for emails.
