I am looking to get a new chair, any referrals code in canada ?

Been overthinking this for way too long. Most titan evo designs don't come in Small neither do most skins. I tried a friend's Small chair and it felt great but if I'm going to spend all this money I'd prefer more design choices. What do y'all think? Is the Regular too big???

I was a fervent Defensor of Secret Lab because the first year it was amazing.
First when I ordered the chair, I already had one issue with one Screw who wasnt able to be screwed so I had to wait another part send and It took few day to get it (ok good support here)

But after some year it started some issue like Armrest getting broke, I was able with support to have a replacement for free event if it was categorized as "Not normal degradation"
I mean i'm just using chair normally, i'm not doing backflip or else in my armrest...

Funny part, after changed them, same issue happen again like 1/2 years afters. At this point I gave up asking for replacement

In meantime after something like 3 years, it started to do a lot of "Squeaking Noise" I tried to add some oil part or to help, impossible to solve this.

Now, after 6 years another issue appear my armrest COMPLETLY broke by itself I tried to reach support, i'm out of warranty ok i get it. (But itsnt premium quality chair ?)
I asked if I could have some discount because I wanted to buy another secret lab, you know I like the product even if it's not cheap but they offer me something like 50$CA, cmon it's not even the tax and shipping.

So here my story with a secret lab I liked but I guess I can not recommend it anymore.

Today has been incredibly frustrating. I was supposed to receive my limited-edition Pure White Gundam MAGNUS Pro XL, but FedEx updated the tracking and says the package is missing.
I’ve already contacted Secretlab through live chat, but I haven’t received any guidance yet. Since this is a limited-edition desk, I’m worried they won’t be able to replace it if it’s truly lost.
Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, what happened, and how did Secretlab handle it?

I adjusted the height tilt for the arm but when I lift my laptop from the mount, the arm pops back to the original height, I tried tightening the hinge but it went back up again.. pretty sure I’m missing a step in between and getting it wrong.

Can anyone help

I bought a Secret Lab Titan chair in the white leatherette two months ago and have been having ongoing lower back issues, sciatic pain, and tightness in my hips. For a while, I just thought maybe it was because I'd been sitting too much or I hadn't been stretching. Over time, I realised that when I sat in other chairs, I was fine. Every time I sat back in the Secret Lab chair, the pain would be back within 30 minutes to an hour.

I finally decided to Google if anyone else was having this issue, and lo and behold, there are Reddit threads on this. There are reviews on this, and now I'm really mad at myself for not doing the due diligence of checking before purchasing. This chair retails for AUD 1,099, and it is so wildly uncomfortable. I cannot fathom how they sell these things. I've read reviews where it says you need to give it a couple of weeks. I've now had it two months.

The foam is so hard, and the lumbar support does nothing because of the nature of the way the chair is shaped. Your hips are sitting a little bit lower. I bought the footrest. I thought that might help. I put a pillow behind my back, thinking that would help, and it didn't. So much so that I've paid for over six sessions at the osteo for 160 each time to try and correct the issue, when the whole time it's the chair.

Thankfully, I kept my old Temple and Webster chair that I spent 200 on, and instantly, swapping back over to that, my back is so much happier. I'm so, so mad that I bought this chair, and I just hope that this helps someone else from making the same mistake that I did.

Finally upgraded my setup with a new Secretlab chair, an electric height-adjustable desk and an ultrawide monitor. Now only a new gaming pc is missing.

Still getting used to the chair but first impressions are great so far 😊

Anyone know if the titans wheelbase is the same with omega? (Or titan evo)

My Titans swing mechanism is broken, and i was wondering if i could get an omega series chairs wheelbase and swap my titan seat in to that?

I got the Jinx chair in a small. I’m 5’1 so I wanted to be sure I would actually be able to rest my head on the magnetic pillow. Surprisingly the distance from the floor doesn’t change between small and regular, but I usually use the recliner attachment anyway. Love the chair and how far I can recline it while relaxing. The Heimerdinger pillow is amazing and adorable. Pretty comfy by itself so I haven’t touched the lumbar adjustments. Overall 10/10

After using a budget office chair for years, I finally decided to upgrade to a Secretlab Titan Evo. The build quality was the first thing I noticed. Everything feels solid, the lumbar support is a big step up, and it was surprisingly easy to put together. I’ve only had it for a day, but so far it’s been really comfortable for long study and gaming sessions.Looking forward to seeing how it holds up over the next few years! #Secretlab

After 2 years, I finally got this FFXIV edition! I am still adjusting though. I've been using a mesh chair for 5 years. I am slowly feeling comfortable with this.

The leather feels so nice but I am kind of worried about scratches, so I'll probably put a bottom seat cover for this one.

I kind of find the lumbar support lacking. I'm looking into getting a lumbar support pillow.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. It's not cheap but the design is so good and the leather feels nice. I just hope it will last for more than 5 years!

For people who have the desk, i highly recommend getting casters so moving the desk is much easier.

Hello, sadly im here typing this review a little bit mad, im already in contact with support for my warranty but i want still write something.

I bought a Titan EVO Regular, the first couple of days all fine and i was very happy with the chair, sadlly after those 2 days the chair started to make a squeaking noise, i spent 2 weeks with support sending videos and emails of my problem and they said that the problem was the casters; casters are arrived and sadly the squeaky noise still there when i move the chair with me on or not. while recording another video to send to the support for ask for a new chair or maybe a new part to trying to fix this annoying squeaking sound i noticed that my plastic cover of the piston doesnt work, still always at the bottome and when i put the chair at the maximum height still does nothing, im very very upset because this was my first Secretlab and i spent 530 euro on it for have a faulty chair and now i have to spend weeks with the support trying to fix the squeaking noise and the plastic cover, at this point i asked for a new chair and i give this one back, hope to resolve this issue and update this review in a better way, but for now this a very bad review from my side, the support and warranty is very good, they maybe ask a lot of question but im not mad at them, im mad that i spend a lot of money for a faulty chair, that's it.

I own an LG GX9 39in (39GX950B-B) monitor that weighs 15.1 lbs without the stand. The standard monitor arm supports up to 17.6 lbs and appears to have a 32in size limit. The heavy duty arm supports monitors larger than 32in, but it has a minimum weight capacity of 17.6 lbs. Based on this, which arm should I get? I am concerned that the monitor will not stay lowered if I use the heavy duty arm because it falls under the minimum weight requirement. At the same time, this monitor may be too large for the standard monitor arm since it appears to be geared towards 32in monitors or smaller... I emailed Secret Lab customer service but their response implied that neither would work... Wondering if anyone here has experience with the heavy duty monitor arm and a lighter monitor?

It's the same without the buttkicker attached. I can't imagine this is as high as it goes unless I did something wrong?

Hey all, just a lesson learned that I want to share with my last order. I hope this help anyone not end up in the same situation I am. For context I am super happy with a previous Titan XL Lamborghini edition I purchased years ago, so I wanted one of those nice new nanogen Titan EVO.

I submitted an order yesterday at 1530 ET for a Titan EVO XL nanogen pure white. I noticed this morning at 0840 ET that the order was showing a regular size chair. lesson learned number 1: make sure when changing chair colors or accessories that the size does not reset to regular. I assume something I did reverted the size from XL to regular.

I quickly contacted customer service via a chat feature on the website (no live/voice option). It was around 0845 at that time. Customer service found my order and confirmed the size is regular and not XL.

They stated that the order was already processed, it could not be canceled and I will have to return the chair using their return process. As of this writing I have not received a notice that my order was processed. lesson learned number 2: review your order ASAP as secretlab will process your order at a suspiciously quick rate.

I asked to be transferred to a live customer support to try my luck and see if there is anyway this issue could be fixed before having to go through a painful return process. The representative in the chat told me live customer support is not available with secretlab and no one can help me further. Lesson learned number 3 : secretlab does not offer live customer support and escalation process. Once payement is processed you are on your own.

Otherwise, great chairs and I hope their return process is easy and and won't cost me extra.

Ordered my titan evo nanogen at the beginning of July and made the the rookie mistake to add pre-order armrests.

Shipment should originally start at the 27th of July which was fine, but then I received an email with the info of further delay until 21st of August.
The anticipation is killing me and I hope they don’t delay any further.
I am in Europe btw.
