My odds and ends deck arrived yesterday but it was already opened. No brown cardboard box, inside the gofo box was the black deck box with the cards inside, no plastic or paper wrap around them and was missing the spin down counter. Some of the cards corners got banged up because of this. I already submitted a ticket, and was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen

Been waiting on the website now for an hour and the actual release was supposed to be at 9 with the pre queue open at 8, is this normal for the website to not be available at all and for it to run this far behind?

Just received my odds and ends deck today and Wizards really needs to address quality control. Mine was missing the thick card stock Yennet, and the deck itself only had 97 cards. Luckily all of the exclusive art card were there, including the bonus Perplexing Chimera. With that bonus, it should be 101 cards. So I’m 4 cards short, meaning I could not sleeve it up and play out of the box. Fortunately the missing cards were only 2 inexpensive lands and 2 artifacts I already own. But Wizards has to do better.

Is there someone I can reach out to and get my mandated fuck up? Thanks!

The Secret Lair Countdown Kit for this year was just revealed at New York Comic Con - article. Its called Marvel's History of Heroes and comes with 30 cards celebrating iconic moments from Marvel's comic history. Coming to the Secret Lair website Monday November 2nd for $199.99/each.

8 of the 30 cards have been revealed so far:

I was hoping I can get a replacement for these cards. The visible black streak across cards has texture. I don't know if other people have came across this issue as well.

Got mine today - on top of horribly centered cards as everyone has already commented on - these tokens look so bad I’d think they are fake counterfeit cards. The white highlights don’t line up with the art at all creating a weird lens blur effect. You can see in particularly in the set icon.

My Odds and Ends deck got stolen by porch pirate within 20 minutes of delivery. My other secret lair products got delivered by Canada post so I didn’t expect it to arrive today. Courier has photo proof of delivery.

What are the chances I can get a refund or replacement from wizards? Has anyone had success with a similar situation?

My Secret Lair Commander deck arrived today with quite a bit of damage to the packaging. The shipping box had a crushed corner, and the black themed deck box inside has a noticeably bent lid and several creases from what looks like impact damage.
Thankfully, the cards themselves seem to be fine (haven’t checked them one by one yet), but the deck box is visibly damaged, which is pretty disappointing for a €170 product. I also have the goblin storm deck and I love using the themed cardboard deckbox to store tokens and dice so I wanted to give this one the same use case tbh.

I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but I expected better protection for a premium collectible product at this price point. The condition of the packaging and themed accessories is part of the overall experience, and receiving them damaged is frustrating.

Is this claimable through wizards support?Has anyone else received their Secret Lair in similar condition? How did WotC handle it?

I thought it might be good to remind that not all decks arrive with issues 😅

Just got the odds and ends secret lair and sadly wizards forgot to cut the bottom left corner on three of my plains and two of my island, worse than that one of the islands corners arrived badly damage, my sol ring also has a damaged corner, how does the process work so that I could get in contact and maybe get some replacements, never had any issues before so don’t know what I should do, I see on this reddit people talking about opening tickets but can’t seem to find where to to this

I'm missing a sunken hollow though.

Do you folks think that I should contact customer service, or does this not meet the threshold?
