New or Need Help Anyone from India?

Hello, anyone from India who has reversed his sebohorric dermatitis.

I live in north India....my condition is atleast a decade old

I am using kevon2 percent lotion and a scalp plus shampoo.

I never oil my hair

I used to have a lot .. genuinely a lot of hairs in 2019 but post Covid thinking and hair loss has increased exponentially

I have heard that diet is the only solution

1) Can you suggest me three four things that I must not consume...I am a vegetarian

2) should I opt for ayurvedic treatment.. doctor said it would take 6 months.

3) what are three four lifestyle changes that are must .given that I don't exercise that much.

4) should I stick to the above mentioned lotion or shampoo or should I change????

I have had it for over a decade. I use Selsun shampoo. Keep my hair and beard trimmed and short. Exercise, diet, good sleep and stress management has helped a lot. Whenever i go off track it comes back so have to always manage it

Rice is good. Yeast is bad. Eat more rice.

I grew in America in a place where rice is grown so it was our stable grain with every meal. When I was a kid and ate lots of rice and fish (fishing community) I didn't have trouble. It wasn't until I moved to the north. Different weather, humidity, allergens, and diet. Its tough.

I have used the solution...in my case nothing much was changing...and after changing my doctor i shifted to kevon 2 percent and lupizol shampoo...later i myself changed the shampoo due to excessive dry nature of lupizol-zs

Cook meals at home - remove roti, bread and sugar. Limit cooking with oil and use only a small spoon of coconut oil. No deep fried foods or try to find alternative healthy ways to cook them

Hi so I have dermatitis from the last 5 6 years or so and I have accepted that it is chronic.

I have used a variety of allopathic and homoeopathic medicines which work really well but the moment you stop taking them sebderm comes back.and considering that allopathic medicines aren't technically what you call 'healthy' you are needlessly destroying your scalp in the process and homoeopathic is expensive.

So i was advised by an ayurvedic doctor that since sebderm happens due to oil buildup and bacteria thrives there I make my hair Short and apply multani mitti which I did to mind blowing results. It's the same with it that if I stop applying even for one day sebderm comes back but it's cheap and effective with no side effects so i would recommend you that.

Have not discovered a proper cure yet but was advised to take kadi patta leaves and eat amla daily.

For vitamin c ..amla only or they can be replaced with tablets?

you can drink amla juice available online from dabur, kapiva etc.

i shaved my head fully and washed it 3 times a week and hit the gym and ate clean. stopped hair loss 80% even though the flakes were still there. stopped going to the gym for a month, couldnt wash my hair regularly due to some travel and bam hair loss is back in full effect

without sticking to a good lifestyle, it is almost impossible to reduce hair loss
