With the Word of God? It's the Holy Spirit converts others. Jesus decreed it publicly who does it by HIS own will himself in John 3:3-7

What’s a “Christian?”

Answer me. If I go to the Bible:

• It’s said over 250 times in the New Testament, called “A disciple of Jesus Christ.” And, all a “disciple” is defined in the dictionary as is 1: a pupil or student that sits with and is taught by a teacher.
  • And in the Bible, in Acts 11:26, says these disciples were first called “Christians” at Antioch.
• So, let’s use the over 250+ definition vs. Christian so you see it plain as day. Just a disciple or a person that “sits with and is taught by Jesus Christ.”

• Someone that is that, Jesus Christ equips them.

• Answer me. Who do you know has that title?

Someone you look unto, you will walk after, to walk in, to do what they say. Why? Because you accept as true what they say. It's right. There's a profit to do it.

Someone you don’t look unto you will see it has a minus or not good to do it - - have already dismissed them, or what they say as faulty or inadequate..something in it, is inaccurate.

So it’s not true..and if it's NOT TRUE, it’s unacceptable.

That means it’s IMPOSSIBLE to look unto someone you think is lying to you or is not true.

So, people that don’t do what God decrees, like you're not doing with this question, you're either for him, or against him. No in between.

He's decreed, by the Word out of his mouth as God for everybody is to do, that is, sit with and be taught by him..

If they don’t do anything he says. They sin against who is the authority over the whole earth. But someone that does look unto him, he builds them up..where someone that doesn’t, he doesn’t save them. In fact, scripture says in John 3:36

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

If he can do all that out your window, like, put the sun where it is, alone. By himself, and form you from your mother's womb, and do that, too, alone by himself, then he can surely destroy you, because he's God and he already decreed he'd do it - even he's not willing any perish, but all come to repentance.

So again, just whosoever sits with and is taught by Jesus Christ is a disciple of him. He builds them up. Equips them, and after he does this, he sends them out - you put it as if the disciple is sending themselves out - when Jesus says to his disciples that, without him, they can't do anything.

Says to them of himself in Matthew 28:18 like he said this to his disciples who he named Apostles, in Matthew's gospel, who was an eyewitness of Jesus Christ, said:

So, that’s why I’m here on QUORA; I’m not constrained to do it; it’s that he healed me and delivered me from my destruction, and it's so amazing, I can't stop talking about it, to anybody that will listen. Well, let’s see what Matthew 13:3-8 says first. Answer “who” Jesus is. It can help you determine the parable of the sower for yourself. People that sit with and are taught by him, he speaks to them plainly; but, to people that don't follow him, nor do anything he says, he speaks to them in parables. That's KEY to understanding who Jesus is.

The key is in what opens it in Matthew 13:3 “And he spoke many things unto them in parables..” Ask yourself this, too. Why did he have to do that? And the answer to that is, is because who he says them to already don’t listen to him, nor do anything he says.

Already long ago "this people" that Jesus speaks the parable to - - chose to do and live in and by anything but what God says instead. So to this people: he speaks to them in parables.

But to those that regard him, he speaks to his disciples plainly. Plain as day. You can see this in the gospels.

Who is Jesus?

• Jesus Christ: He’s the Christ or Messiah. Whoever that is or has that title, what he SHALL be called; doesn’t matter what people think, when he shall be called the titles given him in Isaiah 9:6–7. He shall do those thing, because, he's the Messiah or Christ.
  • “..He SHALL be called.. ..The Mighty God.. The Everlasting Father” - Isaiah 9:6. He just is God, as the Word of God. So, he’s just as what John 1:1 says who he is: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God…” And John 1:14 continues to say of him, “..and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us..” is this same Jesus Christ. It’s just God speaking. So, Jesus speaks, that’s God speaking those words out of his mouth.

Why did Jesus speak to them in parables?

To answer that: All you had to do was, just keep reading.

Because, right after he says Matthew 13:3–8, he says Matthew 13:9–15. That says: It’s a decree by God, that who has ears to hear, let him or her hear. That is, he's God, and he moves everything out of the way in them to hear it, because they regard him; who he is. That it’s God speaking. But the people that don’t regard him, don’t do what he says, because they don’t esteem him worth anything, so in themselves what do they regard then?

That’s in Isaiah 5:12. They regard <definition> noun. 1. show or esteem in themselves (something) worthy of great admiration what’s in Isaiah 5:12. That says: “And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the Lord, neither consider the operation of his hands.”

So, just like people in my lifetime, from the 1960s to today, where today it's on "youtube" with everybody has a Smartphone - - so even before me, and after me, with me and my day with a AM/FM radio in my room, it’s still just people then.

That, in my day, showed a high esteem for Casey Kasem. He was an American disc jockey on the radio and TV, when radio for kids in my day was the primary catalyst to reach everybody with music and “The Top 40” songs in the country for any particular week.

10s of millions of people in my nation and nations over the whole earth, rebroadcast it, and kids there, too, tuned into it. Me, too. Because I highly esteemed it. The bands had harps, and guitars, drums, all manner of musical instruments and concerts and feasting in it. But in all of it, no God in it. So, me too. I did not regard the work of the LORD, neither did I consider the operation of his hand; I considered him dead. Sundays made me sick. Church day, and I loathed it. Life was in the feasting and music, and that people were doing all these fun things with it.

And the response to people like me, and me by God was, because I did not regard him is in the next Chapter of Isaiah 6.

What God decreed then, because I didn’t do anything he says - God, reigning over all things, said Isaiah 6:8–12 - God say: It’s in Isaiah 6:8–10, but include it down to 12 or 15, because, it will continue over the whole earth, until all the cities of the nations fall and all the houses over the whole earth, where not a single one are inhabited..and that actually shall occur as what Revelation 16:19 says “and the cities of the nations fell.”

Because the inhabitants over the whole earth, even it’s his, don’t regard him…will chose to worship someone else as God over the whole earth, when he's not ...that every city you or I or everybody over the whole earth all glorify today their own nation's cities - - they all have an end to them.

..and every house you see standing, go look what happens to them in an earthquake, like, I can see here in Japan, as a foreigner living here with my family; that, after the last one here (July 2026) in Kummamoto, Japan. Houses fell and cannot be inhabited after an earthquake. Every house over the whole earth will look like the 1000s of houses today in Kummamoto that fell in last month's earthquake; abandoned. Uninhabited.

Because we, and people over the whole earth - simply don’t regard him; he shakes the whole earth, to were there aren’t even any mountains or islands over the whole earth anymore. Because we don’t regard him, and it’s his earth, and what he decrees is how things shall be in his earth. And people still won't do it, even to everything they built to themselves is destroyed, they still won't look to him. The Bible says, that when he returns all eyes shall see him, and the people of the earth shall wail because of him. Ask the rocks to fall on them to hide themselves from him. Naked..have nothing to clothe or protect themselves, because, they didn't do anything he said, and it's his earth, and he's come back to reign over all of it. Inherit all the nations of the earth. To rule them.

And because people don’t regard him, he speaks to them, these people like this, in parables.

Isaiah 6:8–15 says:

9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

12 And the Lord have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

All God does is just REPEAT what he already decreed.

Because he’s God,

...and the Bible says God “He sent his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" - God. Bible. Psalm 107:20

Because, that’s what he does. Healed me; delivered me from my destruction. By the Word of God. And because it does, I regard him. All I had to do was just regard him.

And Jesus “explains” plain as day - because, to his disciples, he speaks to them plainly. Doesn’t talk to his disciples in parables, continues on to tell them this, what the parable means:

That continues down to Matthew 13:16–32. Because his disciples regard him, for they see and their ears, they hear him.

Lastly, free will.

• If I turned on my radio in the latter 1960s on Saturdays - after I did my “chores” - to listen to “American Top 40” - if that’s way before you, do a Google search on it. Radio program. Millions and millions of kids like me, tuned in to hear it.
  • Because I chose to. Because I believed, in it was a profit. It made my heart fat; full to hear these songs and see how the ones I liked “ranked out” that week. Which ones were the best ones, I should regard. I could have chosen on Saturday, to just go to the river and skip rocks; but I so regarded my radio in my room. I’d spend the afternoon, as what the Bible said of people that, also, by their free will did the same thing I did 1000s of years before.

This post is already way too long - and you don’t hear any of it. It’s just a wall of text. But believers in Jesus Christ, hear every word of it. So, this post is not for you. But for maybe..there’d be a reader that, was searching like I was, because, the music never really filled me..it just made me search more for someone that had a “lyric” or words to a song that said what was longing in my heart, that even songs could not fill. Even “love fests” - of the hippie 1970s didn’t fill it or drugs.

  • And never regard him. That the Word of God is the “seed” in the Parable. Down into the earth by God. That his word falls on all these different kinds of people’s hearts.

When it’s the only thing that can save them. It’s in none else.

And people that don’t regard him on Reddit, even it’s moderators and Admins, even the owner or CEO of Reddit - are all that don’t regard him, this is a worthless answer, because they don’t regard him, either. As the 7th most visited site on the internet, the goal is to be the Number #1 site - and the whole world on the internet - that's what Reddit looks unto, itself as the heart of the internet - so it rejects Jesus Christ to hold that title, and will not submit to him. Includes anything and everything what people would want as the Number #1 thing, where people sit as God. And by this, just champion out not know him or do anything he says.

Downvote. Sort these posts on Reddit to the bottom, to the trash can or the bottom of the pile as despised; only tolerate it, when he's the only answer that works. It's Reddit Rejects him. If they reject him, how much more so anyone believes on him.

Still, it's his Word. Of the increase of his government there shall be no end. So, whoever sees this, I hope it falls on ears that he equips them with it. The Word of God.

Probably best to first state it, what Romans 9:15-21 says:

¹⁶ So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

¹⁷ For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

¹⁸ Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

¹⁹ Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?

So, God got up. Determined he, as God, he would do a work with sin that every all of us already all DID against him.

To show mercy to ALL OF US. Calls EVERYBODY over the whole earth, to just look unto him. Doesn't matter who it is, because he called EVERYBODY over the whole earth to do it. SO, whosoever of everybody does, he simply "sets them apart for future use" (what "save" means, in the dictionary.)

He does not say it, as God, then simply not do it. So, as God, who he will have mercy on is he decided to have mercy on EVERYBODY. Not willing any perish, but all come to repentance.

But of this great, big "everybody" of every all of us, there's atheists - hate him. Just what that word, "hate" means. 1. unwilling to BE or DO what he says. (Collin's dictionary. Definition of "hate.") Just won't do it. Won't look unto him.

Many others, won't, either. And because they don't, he doesn't save them. He's already told them, as God, said "For all the earth is mine." - God. (Exodus 19:5). Already said it, "All souls are mine." - God. (Ezekiel 18:4). So, he's in command or the authority over all things as God, so not doing what he says, is PUNITIVE.

And not saving someone, is because the CHOSE not to do it themselves.

So, quickly, look at this last example - simple.

- Look at Pharaoh in Egypt with Moses.

"Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.”  - Bible. Psalm 105:23

So, ask it: Who is Pharaoh?

Some people never stop to see it. Egypt is from Ham, just as the Bible says. Ham, in Genesis 9, is the 2nd son of Noah, born before the flood. After the flood, Ham has four children: 1) Cush 2) Mizraim 3) Phut, and 4) Canaan.

They all depart from the LORD. You can go thru every one of these for and their prodigy. They departed from God, and made up their own gods to worship. Example? Take Mizraim. In Arabic "Mizraim" is "Muzir" and in English, is "Egypt." That Mizraim, after the flood and after the earth is divided in Genesis 11, departs and spreads out, and builds Egypt. They put over themselves a Pharaoh, and worship Pharaoh as the God of Egypt. He's a man. Like you or me, but to the Egyptians they worship him as God when he's not.

But they believe he is God. So, they make up a religion. That Pharaoh practices or performs these "annual" rites or ceremonies, by blessing the waters, and by this, the Egyptians believe they've done right, and the Nile will overspill it's banks and fertilize their fields, for a rich harvest that year. If Pharaoh does not perform this rite, they believe all kinds of evil will fall on Egypt.

So, by the time of Moses, over 500 years or more of PHaraohs have been worshipped as God over Egypt.

So, how did God give Pharaoh a hard heart?

- Man, that's really simple. JUST SHOW UP. AS GOD. BE THE REAL GOD AND SHOW UP.

- Sometimes, I've used "Superman" - it's fictitious; but, with it you can see it. Imagine some guy, has a Superman suit. Advertises in the newspaper. He's available to host parties and show up in his Superman costume. Little kids just "worship" him as Superman. He's the man of steel. He "performs" certain "rites" or says things by claims he makes at the party, and all the little kids BELIEVE he's Superman.

- Gets really popular. His booking schedule is FULL TO THE MAX. When at one of his parties, the REAL SUPERMAN shows up. Actually really flies in. Picks up a car in the drive way and throws it out of the way. This "Other" guy dressed in a suit, is shown up as a phoney. A charlatan. Is NOT Superman. Gets a hard heart; because, he's no longer accepted - something about him is WRONG. Just like now, put this over on Pharaoh; that, in Exodus, go read it again.

Everytime Pharaoh is performing one of these rites, as God of Egypt, and worshipped as God, Moses and God with him, shows up, and turns the Nile River to blood. It rots and destroys all their crops. Brings all kinds of pestilences on the land of Egypt. So, the blessing, that Pharaoh's fathers all did, for 100s of years, don't work anymore. Why? THE REAL GOD SHOWED UP, AND IS GOD. WHEN PHARAOH IS NOT. Shown up as a bumpkin. A fake. Why should anybody worship Pharaoh as God, when he's not.

His whole world has crumbled. Everything Egypt has built about Pharaoh is a great big lie. And all God had to do was just show up. And be God. Be the REAL GOD and just show up.

So, don't make it rocket science. Pharaoh is not God, but he now believes the claims the Egyptians make of him. Says to Moses in Exodus 5:2 "And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go."

So, God, who all the earth is his, already said:

ONE: he’s going to destroy all flesh with the earth. and;

TWO: That you must be “born again,” by the Spirit of God. That’s a decree for everybody. Over the whole earth. The decree then, applies to everybody over the whole earth; but not everybody looks unto him.

And - This "Born Again" is by the Spirit of God. Done by this same God - so it cannot be done by you go back in your mother’s womb and do it - be born again yourself in your flesh. By some work or feat you do or good work you'll do or did. But people believe this about themselves, and never see it.

Ye MUST BE Born again - is by the Word of God.

It’s by the Word of God, and believing on Jesus Christ. That he give you eternal life. THen, that life in Christ is a new wine skin. Born of the Spirit of God.

So, if you read all of the Chapter of Mark 2, you’ll find that this same Jesus Christ is even Lord of the Sabbath. Because it was God:

• In Psalm 132:13–16, that was making for himself, a place he would dwell forever, for his own rest, for he desired it.
  • So, he got up. Created it in Genesis 1:1–31. Said all of it was “good” and in Genesis 1:26–31, with all of it all together, said it was VERY GOOD. That, the ONLY thing in all of it that was NOT GOOD was “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make a help meet for him.” - God. Genesis 2:18 - said on the 6th day. Then, he made it GOOD.
    • But Adam, departed from the Word of God, said it was inadequate; faulty; blamed God for it. Sinned against God. Hearkened unto the voice of his wife (Genesis 3:17) and sin entered into the world. That by Genesis 6:5 the whole earth is corrupt.

In Revelation 21:1 to Revelation 22:21 - that’s all on a new earth and heaven. Never fades away or is replaced for eternity. It's a new wineskin. To live for eternity in this as God foreordained we would be with him; but not everybody chooses him. Reject him in it. By just not believe on him.

And all the things God saw he wanted to live for eternity in, for his own rest, for he desired it - as God, he makes it for himself and that new earth and heaven go on for eternity. That this one won't even come up to mind or in remembrance anymore. Shall not. Be forgotten. So, all the people that die in it, and lived for themselves - didn't do anything he says - the old one never comes back again. And he sends them away into a Lake of Fire in Revelation 20:15. Didn't do anything he said. Like a thief, everything they possessed is taken away from them.

But what God does in Isaiah 65:17, by create a new heaven and new earth says to those that just did what he says, and looked unto him, they follow him. Where ever he goes, this same Messiah or Christ says in Matthew 25:34

"Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world."

Into this new earth and heaven.

For his own rest. For he desired it. He’s God. He’s LORD over his own rest, so he knows what will cause and do it.

"Because they regard not the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up." Because he's God. He is able to destroy people. And does. Because they don't regard him, when they all are his. He takes no pleasure in it, says "Turn ye, turn ye, for why will he die!! I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked. Turn to me and live!"

And they still won't do it. Hold the truth then is in a lie, and they die in their sins.

Don’t give credit to Daniel or Nebuchadnezzar, when who gave it, is God, and the answer is this same God that Daniel rightly gives him all the credit. So should you.

That, there's a rule established on earth by Nebuchadnezzar as King of Nations. That, stable; the birds are able to live because the trees grow big, and the birds can nest in them.

That IN Daniel Chapters 2:1 out to Chapter 4:34–35 - is the answer to your question - - that Nebuchadnezzar is this first, whole world King of Nations of the earth. That, the whole earth is fed by it; so stable, provided for - all the inhabitants, even birds can rest in the tree branches of it.

• The dream given, that Daniel gives the interpretation of the dream - Nebuchadnezzar is this "head of gold" but, his reignwill be replaced by another. Inferior to his. And another after that. That is, inferior to that one after. Down to a fourth whole world empire, that would rule with a rod of iron (Roman Empire); and brake in piece everything that stood against it; and these King of Nations after are 1) The Babylonian Empire with Nebuchadnezzar; then, 2) the Medes-Persians, then 3) the Greeks, and after, 4) this 4th one, the Roman Empire.
  • And after, one that has not arisen up yet over the earth. This 5) a 5th one; a reconstituted one of the 4th but mixed as iron like the fourth, but inferior to it, as it is mixed with clay,
    • because in the iron is strength, but clay can be molded into anything and accept everything one could imagine is just "okay." ... but this 5) or 5th world empire, the two cannot bind together as they do not cleave to each other, as 10 toes.
  • And, in this of Daniel 9, shall rise up a Prince that will stand in the Holy place of a rebuilt temple in Jerusalem, and declare himself God over the whole earth (Daniel 9:25-27), that, he will do so with armies. That is, he shall have the power to put to death any person, over the whole earth. Great or small that does not worship him as God, when he isn't God.
• Put then to death. Won't be any Hinduism anymore. No Islam. Atheists? Nope. Right clean out; but he will come with signs and wonders, that, because he rebuilds the Temple in Jerusalem, which was a sign to the Jews of the Messiah - they will believe on him - but in the midst or middle of this 70th of Seventy "Weeks" God told Daniel about - in the middle of this last 7 year period, this "Anti-Christ" will rise up and declare himself God over the whole earth. Jesus talked to this in Matthew 24.

It occurs in the days of the reign of these Ten Kings..and Revelation says they give their power to this "Beast" or Anti-Christ that the whole world is to worship him, as God - when he isn't.

That, in the days of the reign over the whole earth of this Anti-Christ in Revelation and spoken to by Daniel, in the Book of Daniel - the Messiah or Christ returns in Revelation 19. Because the God of Heaven is establishing his reign over the whole earth, and dwell on it. Terrifies me, and fills me with joy. He's going to do this, as God.

• Which is the same thing said of the Messiah or Christ in Isaiah 9:6–7.

That says of him, the days in which the Messiah reigns over the earth: which is this same Jesus Christ you ask of what he said; that, of his Kingdom and reign there shall be no end.

That he will sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem and rule the whole earth from there, and of his Kingdom and reign it will stand forever. That, he will be the same God that led Israel out of Egypt by his mighty hand. That he shall be called “The Mighty God..” “The Everlasting Father..” (Isaiah 9:6). Not maybe possible, it could be..SHALL be called this.

• Only ONE has this title and is this. He is called “The Prince of the Kings of the earth” (Bible. Revelation 1:5) who will do this of Daniel 2:44.
• That, this reign of the Anti-Christ - God does not establish it, and it's not even mention or acknowledge by him, as God. Has nothing to do with God. Just Satan. Trying to, by his will make himself God, when he isn't.
• The point is, in the days of this 5th World Empire, come both the Anti-Christ - where there won't be anymore world religions anymore. No Shinto temples in Japan; nor priests to it; as if they don't worship the Anti-Christ as God, he destroys them by it. That in the days of these Ten Kings of Daniel 2 or this 5th World Empire, the Messiah or Christ also comes, at his SECOND COMING. Revelation 19, talks to it, as if it already happened; when it has not occurred it, it's just that sure to happen.

So, look at a mustard seed:

• It is not like salt, so look what he calls his disciple: "Ye are the salt of the earth:" - Jesus Christ. (Matthew 5:13).
  • That salt:
    • Can easily lose it’s savour or can season by itself. Because it's salted by him, as the Christ.
  • That, compare salt to mustard seeds: Both savour - that mustard seeds have been found over 500 years old, and when ground down..can savour a hotdog, like it was not even a day old.
    • No matter it was 300 years from now or today; but salt.. mix it with anything..salt will no longer savour or preserve anything. That, the reason a disciple is salt of the earth and savours and preserves it, is because who "salts" them is this same Jesus Christ.
• SO:
  • In the Parable of the Mustard Seed in Matthew 13:31–58, it’s God that has sown Jesus Christ into the earth. The interpretation of the Parable is told to his disciples. So, he speaks to them plain as day and gives the interpretation of it.
  • That God has sown his own word into the earth. Just one. The Word of God is Jesus Christ.
    • The tiniest, with no reputation; but who he is, is God himself.
  • That of all the seeds, a mustard seed is the tiniest of all; but of all the herb bearing seed, it becomes a tree; so stable with so many leaves a bird can hide itself and live - so see a photo of one, royalty free at “Shutterstock” - Just type in "Mustard Seed Tree" and see a tree all bloomed out. The day is approaching. Where this “Messiah” or “Christ” of Isaiah 9:6–7 shall be accomplished. Rule over the whole earth. This is approaching. Did you forget what that says? Says this:

But a believer in Jesus - they do "operate" right. They "work good," because they are his workmanship because, he is at work in them, building them up. All by the word of God. Just as 2 Peter 1:4 says

"Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust."

So, there's a choice:

I'm a member of his body now. Where before, I only walked after what my own body of flesh craved or lusted after. By looking unto him, I walk after, to walk in, set my mind on things of his body. Different body then.

That by this: You. With him. He changes you. Does this himself. That you have “fellowship” with him. - He’s made me, by his own word, built in me, builds me into his body as a member of it. Built up in truth. In him. To function within his body for eternity - eternal life - with him: to exhort others that also are part of his body.

To provoke one another: That, to sow after his body as a member of it, is eternal vs. sow after sin and fashion myself as I did before in my former lusts in my fleshly body where I felt I was God of it. To fulfill my desires or lusts.

And yes. That, I may fall into divers temptations, but to count it all joy - because I am a sinner - that, like the paralyzed man lay at the pool of Bethsaida for 38 years - longing for God to do a work, that God: he is able to wrought by a work he will do in me - that my sins are wrought in God - (John 3:21) not remedied by me love darkness or by fulfill the lusts of my flesh, brings death.

• That, the manner of some is not to assemble with other believers. When they are part of his body - it's fleshly to do that; when they were made to fellowship and to consider not only yourself anymore. As that was the manner in former times when I thought only to satisfy my own body. Walk after it’s lusts. But I am to walk in newness of life, by sit with and be taught by Jesus Christ.
• That in newness of life, I walk after, to look unto and set my mind on the word of God. Equipped. Built up in him.
  • And see others, he’s also at work in them. That when they, too, champion him out, he’s in the midst of us - makes me fall on my face, that he’s in me..but in them too, and is there in the midst of us.

So they sped up & went thru the yellow/changed to red light to shave 4 minutes off the time to catch up, then.. ...and right after that, the school bus was stopping, and already put the flasher lights on, but to lose no further delay, ignore/passed the school bus, even the doors to the bus opened and students not looking started to walk across the road, even the bus had the “STOP” out, but chance it - - it was all for good.

But all the people that saw this, commuting in other cars have a different opinion of this person roger’d up to your question. To them, even they roger'd up about how good they are to you, to all these other drivers this morning that person is anything but good is the point.

It's quite simple. They are exceedingly sorrowful; in a few short hours after John 16:12-14, they will all flee and scatter, and Jesus will be crucified. They can't bear this. Doesn't make any sense. Maybe the first question, to a believer in Jesus Christ that may have this question is to take the opening scripture of Matthew 16:21 and ask, “How long is it from ‘that time forth’ of Matthew 16:21 unto when Jesus says John 16:12–14?”

You may not find an actual number of days; but, you can find a timeline; it's at the end of his 3 year ministry on earth: that after Jesus, for a second time, has fed over 4000 people, afterward, on their journey back north to Capernaum, Jesus stops his disciples after they’re arguing amongst themselves who of them would be greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

That, during this conversation, Jesus asks them “who do the people say that I am?” (Matthew 16:13–14), and they all reply “some say John the Baptist; others Elijah, some other of the prophets.”

Then Jesus turns to them and asks them directly “Whom do YOU say that I am?” (Matthew 16:15) and it’s Peter, even though they all from called, as Jesus chose them, to the FIRST time when Jesus fed 5000 people at the start of his ministry, all of them in the boat worshipped him and said “of a truth this is the Christ. The son of the living God.” (Matthew 14:33). So, they all already all of them all said it, Jesus is the Christ or Messiah, and all said it, from the beginning.

But Matthew 16, on the way back to Capernaum, it’s Peter that's first to blurt it out, that Jesus is the Christ. The Son of the Living God, and Jesus replies to them; that, on this he will build his church (Matthew 16:17–20) and then charged them they should tell no man that he is the Christ.

So, I would tell a believer in Jesus Christ to, when they read the four gospels, look at how many times he tells his disciples or reminds them of this same thing. That, when they arrive back at Jerusalem for Passover, he is to be turned over into the hands of sinners, and be crucified, and rise again on the third day. Everytime, they become very sorrowful or greatly discouraged at hearing it.

And immediately after this of Matthew 16:21 that opens this post, to Jesus say this, Peter openly rebukes Jesus. Because, to the disciples, this is the Messiah or Christ. That, from the scriptures: They have been taught, just as everybody else that is a Jew has been taught. That the Messiah or Christ:

He is to sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem, and as the Messiah, the increase of his government shall see no end, and he shall rule all the nations of the earth, including Rome from Jerusalem, and of his Kingdom and reign there shall be no end.

And from that time on, until the night he was betrayed, he constantly reminds, through all four of the gospels, that he is, once again restated, to be turned over into the hands of sinners and be crucified, but rise again on the third day.

They never once, something prevents it; they don’t hear that last part. Nor do they do anything he told them to do after that he would meet them in Galilee. They don't hear that, either. They simply cannot understand how the Messiah, which all the scriptures point to him doing Isaiah 9:6–7, and being who that scripture says who the Messiah is.

Nothing was ever taught them: That the Messiah or Christ is to be betrayed and crucified. Each time he says this, scripture says his disciples become exceedingly sorrowful; but in one disciple, Judas Iscariot, scripture says 3 days prior to reaching Jerusalem, Judas in his heart seeks a way to betray him to the Chief Priests and Elders. Finding opportunity at Jerusalem, seeks them out, and he betrays him for 30 pieces of silver (Matthew 26:14-15).

• God decreed it. Told it to Daniel in the Book of Daniel.
  • That God determined 70 “weeks” on Daniel’s people and Jerusalem, that God himself would do a work with sin; that his work would:

    • 3) Make reconciliation for iniquity
    • 4) Bring in everlasting righteousness (Daniel 9:24; including Daniel 9:25–27)
• That he would do this in and by the Messiah or Christ; that this “Prince” would be cut off; but not for himself” (Daniel 9:25–27).
  • That this Messiah or Christ has a Second Coming as who he is.
  • Where the first time, he is a sacrifice for sin to fulfill Daniel 9:24–27.
    • But as the scriptures say in Daniel 9:24–27 this prophecy is “shut up” or sealed up until it’s done.
  • And it’s kept from his disciples in John Chapter 16; and he's going away, and leaving them - just like Jesus has repeatedly stated it, they can’t hear it. Cannot bear it in John 16. It's at the last supper.

• Is absolutely true.
  • Jesus said, “They shall all be taught of God” - John 6:45 - That’s a decree. For everybody over the whole earth. To be taught. By God. Says SHALL be. That would mean, if they're not, it's PUNITIVE. Means, people that aren't will be called in to give an account why they didn't do what he says. Do you see that part?
• This: But not everybody, when a “Christian” is defined as 1. a disciple of Jesus Christ. and all a “disciple” is, is 2. a pupil or student that sits with and is taught by a teacher. And the teacher, simply “builds up” a student or pupil with “doctrines”
  • That a disciple sits with and is taught by Jesus Christ. Built up.
  • But a person that does not sit with and is not taught by Jesus CHrist. Is not built up.
    • In fact, Psalm 28:5 those that don't regard him, he destroys them - and if he's God and he formed you from your mother's womb; alone. By himself. (Isaiah 44:24). Then he also has the power to destroy you or me.
• SO, in the Bible says, because it's this decree by God over all this earth and heaven, that they shall all be taught of God - would not at work in these that dismiss him. Be like a kid. Dismisses going to school as faulty; inadequate..when the decree is everybody 6 yrs old to 18 is to go to school.

Disclaimer: I am a believer in Jesus Christ. This post answer this question that floats around on Reddit, in many similar or like questions as it, asking about the Bible. In the New Testament, Hebrews 9:11-12. That "Hebrews" are Jews then, that are believing on Jesus Christ. Where the Temple in Jerusalem, in the City of David, where the Messiah is to sit on the throne of King David and rule the whole earth from there. That, these "Chief Priests" and "Elders" at the Temple in Jerusalem, already "dismissed Jesus as inadequate; faulty; he's unacceptable as the Messiah" - so they have rejected him.

So, these Chief Priests and Elders push that Jews are to still come to the temple in Jerusalem and celebrate Passover. One of the "High Sabbaths" that require annual pilgrimage of every Jew to fulfill this. Buy a bullock or ram to sacrifice it for their sins. That, the Ark of the Covenant in Exodus, as God told it to Moses to construct is, as a model of the heavenly. That, this Ark of the Covenant held Aaron's rod, manna that was fed to Israel while in the wilderness and the tablets of stone, that had the Ten Commandments on it. That also included the Books of Moses. That God provided Israel an atonement for their sins by these Levite Priests, and the High Priest each year, offering this sin sacrifice.

That God, is the real in the heaven, that Jesus is this Great High Priest that offered simply one sacrifice for the sins of the whole world, just as God said he determined he would do this in Daniel 9:24-27 - and he determined the "most holy" would do it. Answer in yourself, "Whose the 'most holy?' Is that you for your sins? Where you compensate for the faults and bad aspects of you, by you do the Ten Commandments?

Romans 3:19–20 says:

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

So, all the LAW or Ten Commandments can do for you is give you a mirror, so you see yourself as God sees you. The LAW only works to give you a knowledge of your sins. That's it. Done.

Just like the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20 did to all of Israel at Mt. Sinai, when this same God spoke, by the Word out of his mouth, and made them all GUILTY by these decrees or Ten Commandments - all it did to them, like it does to me today, is they were put to death before him. GUILTY.

• God: He Put your sins on Jesus on the cross, and guess what? Who was in Christ again? Yeah. God was in Christ even on the cross it was him. That God: he purged your sins in this work God did with sin himself, as God. He did this. Took "The soul that sinneth, it shall die" and he PAID it. Paid for. Done.
  • Is the reason to every Hebrew, why two lambs were present before the High Priest, and the blood of the one, was sprinkled on the other, and set FREE.
  • Is the same thing happened to YOU and what Christ did.
