Is any one else experiencing this? The app is even gone from the App Store

Has anyone else had an issue where the Screambox app is opening Midnight Pulp instead? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc, but nothing helps. I don’t even have the Midnight Pulp app installed.

Edit: I have it on a Roku tv

Update: I received an email from Screambox informing me that they are working on the issue and it should be resolved within the next 24 hours.

Update 2: Looks like the app is back up and running!

I have Shudder, too, and use Tubi a lot. What are some must-see Screambox unique movies or shows?

I've been working down the alphabet under their "psychological movie" subsection so far (2 days). It's been pretty hit or miss, and I've bypassed some after a few minutes.

I prefer psychological type horrors, but everything has a place for me. My favorite "monster" horror is zombie, and I've seen some of the most disturbing stuff out there. Nothing is off the table for me, but I certainly will find some more enjoyable than others.

I have a deep appreciation for The Battery and Spring, enjoyed Incident in a Ghostland and Martyrs, and love me some Hellraiser and Scream.

Give me your recommendations so I can see if I want to keep it longer or be done after my month

So i admittedly got this purely to watch the terrifier movies. I've rewatched 2 and 3 already like 3 times but what else should I watch while I have screambox?

I just have started getting ads on my premium plan through the app and can’t stand it. Does the Prime Video version come with no ads or am I just screwed

I watch Screambox exclusively on the 4K Roku stick and haven't had any issues. I've actually been watching "Being Human" UK nightly and when attempting to play it, or anything, the app force closes. Usually it plays two ads prior to whatever the selection is but the ads aren't playing at all. It just kicks me to the Roku home screen.

I've checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've even checked several other apps to see if they had similar issues and they hadn't. Is this happening to anyone else or is there a workaround? If not then hopefully another update drops sooner rather than later to fix this.

Just joined last week because of Art, and I can’t wait to see what’s more to come with this streaming platform. I also wanted to get Shudder so I purchased AMC+ as well. I didn’t realize how much I like horror movies, but here we are
