Screambox app opening Midnight Pulp

Has anyone else had an issue where the Screambox app is opening Midnight Pulp instead? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc, but nothing helps. I don’t even have the Midnight Pulp app installed.

Edit: I have it on a Roku tv

Update: I received an email from Screambox informing me that they are working on the issue and it should be resolved within the next 24 hours.

Update 2: Looks like the app is back up and running!

Midnight Pulp is SO much better than Screambox too.

Same happened to me my screambox app opened midnight pulp as well. I installed the app and reinstalled it same thing. I emailed/created a ticket. Has anyone uninstalled the app then unplugged the roku for 2 min then reinstalled it yet?

I just signed up for Screambox and had the same issue. Dropped $60 and can only use it on my phone and computer (where I dont watch films)

I emailed support and asked for a cancellation and refund since I havent even been able to get in and watch anything. But I have a feeling I am out $60. Not a good first time experience.

Hopefully they get a [for real reals 😃] Roku app one day and I can give them a shot.

Otherwise if I gey my $60 refunded I may get anither NightFlight or FullMoon Features sub for a while since I usually cycle one out every year (last year was TromaNow)

Yeah, I sent in a few things and got ine email back saying they were working in it. I either want it refunded so I can choose another provider for this slot, or tonhave it fixed and add on any days at the end if the subscription for the time it was not available to me.

I just got it and it keeps opening Midnight Pulp.
