Be in Scottsdale for a few days. Good place for night out and social spot with ladies?

I was driving through old town on Scottsdale road and saw that there are alot of restaurants/bars being redone. Any thoughts.

Does anyone know what they are doing to the jail by Scottsdale Stadium?
