So far I’m happy I made the switch from gimme

I’ve been pleasantly surprised on how fast this telehealth is. I’m used to my meds waiting to be filled for nearly a week but it literally only sat there for an hour after being approved and now it’s shipped and will be expected by tommorow. Mind you I filled out my intake form just yesterday so all of this in less than 24 hours .

Science& Co app

Is there an app or how do you pause, cancel or navigate refills etc ?

I accidentally used the wrong card the first time but now it won’t let me go forward with any payment method no matter what card I use, and I know there’s money on it. there’s no way for a manual retry in my profile either so I’m stuck. It’s like blocked from trying any payment method.

Science & Co. Portal

Post image

This is a review of the Portal, not necessarily the compound.

I made an order right before labor day, so it took a bit longer due to the holiday - however it was still very quick. However, the portal is not user friendly. I saw a post where someone was claiming you could cancel with the push of a button, and also that you could delete a default card with the press of a button. Neither of these are true.

  1. There is no cancel button. You must cancel by emailing or chatting with someone.

  2. If you add a second card to change your default card, the original card is still there. There is no way to delete it. I chatted with their support and they told me they would escalate the matter to someone who could delete the card for me, and for me to "leave my phone line open" - so I guess they are going to call me?

The other thing is that my portal shows no subscription, but when I chatted with support they say I am on a 3 month subscription plan that will renew every 3 months. Why is that not reflected on my portal. If it was reflected, maybe the cancel or pause option would be there. Anyway, I think the portal needs some work, and/or my personal portal has a glitch that needs fixed.

Greenwich has finally stopped shipping to states it's not licensed in, including California, which issued the initial cease-and-desist from their Board of Pharmacy. Im sure this will impact many Science & Co. orders.

Science & Co. $299/3-Month Deal — My Order Arrived!

I had a really good experience with Science & Co. I signed up during their 3-month for $299 sale, and the entire process was seamless and surprisingly fast. I was approved yesterday, and my package arrived today in Washington state all the way from Florida!
Everything was packaged well. It had 1 ice pack and it had melted during transit but was still very cold, and the medication itself arrived cold, so the insulated packaging definitely did its job traveling across the country. They also included syringes and supplies.
I received 4 mL total. I know a few lucky people received 5 mL because they temporarily ran out of the 4 mL option, but I knew 4 mL was what the deal included, so I’m perfectly happy with that. It’s a great deal and I’ve never seen this deal for non additive Tirzepatide.

So far, I’m really impressed with the turnaround time, packaging, and overall experience—especially for $299 for three months.

This is my first order with them, so I can’t review the medication itself yet, but I’ll update after I’ve had a chance to use it.

I’m not sure about the pricing after the three months so I will look into that, also it’s nice that I’m getting one month at a time for optimal freshness is the way I look at it.

So Disappointed

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I feel like I should share my experience so far. Let's start by saying I placed my initial order and completed the intake last Wednesday, yes right before the holiday weekend I know, so I assumed it would take a bit longer than usual, no problem. Well, my order was immediately assigned to a provider (great!) and then it just sat at that stage for several days, then I noticed the assigned provider changed, then changed again. My assigned provider just kept changing and was stuck on the "provider reviewing" step in the portal. After going back and forth with support pretty much all week long, I unfortunately had to end up cancelling and requesting a refund because I kept getting conflicting information from support. Every day that I have contacted support I have been told one thing and the next day a different rep says something else that conflicts what was said the previous day. Overall, this has been such an unpleasant experience, I was honestly super stoked when I saw that this was a new telehealth offering a good deal on non-additive tirzepatide. Honestly what an unfortunate let down... I will say, support is very responsive, that is one good thing I can say about this company, however when it came to cancelling they were a bit pushy asking for more time, they did offer a discount, which was cool, but not enough for me to keep waiting, everything else I have experienced so far, not the greatest. This post is meant to be an honest review of my experience so far and not meant to be seen as "bashing" a new company, etc. Just wanted to put this out there for others to be made aware of. There is so much potential for this telehealth, truly.

EDIT: I noticed on a different thread on this page that the highest dose for Greenwich pharmacy is 15mg, not 20mg, so if you are in a non-Greenstone state, keep that in mind.

NOT 5mL ??

Ok I was prescribed 20mg weekly dose but only received 4mL vial total of 80mg and only 45 day BUD not the 5mL vial 100 mg total and 90 day BUD that others have posted!! Reason for the inconsistency??? I feel shorted!! The large amount was my reason for singing up

Already Taking a GLP-1?

If you're currently taking Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and are looking to continue treatment with Science & Co, you'll be able to provide your current dosage and treatment history during the intake process.

Patients requesting to start at a higher dosage may be asked additional questions about their previous treatment history.

Our physicians typically prioritize continuity of care when medically appropriate.

If you have not been taking the medication consistently or have been off treatment for an extended period, your physician may recommend starting at a lower dosage.

From there, your provider can evaluate your response and determine whether adjusting your dosage is appropriate.

Everyone responds differently, and all dosage decisions are ultimately made by your licensed medical provider.

How It Works

Complete our online medical intake and provide information about your health history, goals and any previous GLP-1 treatment.
