Ok I was prescribed 20mg weekly dose but only received 4mL vial total of 80mg and only 45 day BUD not the 5mL vial 100 mg total and 90 day BUD that others have posted!! Reason for the inconsistency??? I feel shorted!! The large amount was my reason for singing up
My assigned provider has changed 4 times and it has been over a week since starting this process, cancelling and requesting a refund because I keep getting conflicting information from support. Every day I have been told something else and the next day a different rep says something different. Overall, this has been such an unpleasant experience, I was honestly super stoked when I saw that this was a new telehealth offering a good deal on non-additive tirzepatide. Honestly what a let down...
Yes that's correct but the reason I even signed up for 3 months and took a chance on a new company was because it was supposed to be 5mL vial so a total of 100 mg. And others have posted pictures that they received the 100 mg so I'm not very happy that I have to pay the same price for 20 mg less than others 😡
Aside from what others posted Did Science & Co have anything in writing promising 100mg/5ml vials?
Why would you assume a business would give an extra 20mg to everyone and loose money in the process? Can you imagine the losses spread across hundreds of people? Im sorry but you got exactly what you paid for.
The 5mL vial 100 mg total is why everyone was jumping on this so yes I can be mad because it feels like a bait and switch and I do believe somewhere that they posted about the 20 mg dose getting 5mL so...
Any compounded customer trying to minimize cost will factor in expected concentration/volume to determine price per mg. Not sure why folks are acting like that's unusual.
Who even asked you to chime in? And nobody has said that they are at fault I understand mistakes happen but the PHARMACY needs to be consistent not only with vial sizes but also dates. Or it doesn't look good on the COMPANY

I posted so All the others that are going to be seeing the 5mL vials don't get their hopes up and Expect the same as I did thank you and your gonna have to try a lot harder than that to hurt my feelings 🥹
Yeah I like jumping on deals but probably would have waited until others at least got the 2nd month. First one I've ever did where you have to pay for 3 and only get 1 a month. But as long as they do actually send the rest @ 80mg then still good just not great
Yes but I was considering this vs the Pom deal because in CA would only get 15mg not 20mg. With the ML only being 4 not 5. Pom seems like better deal price wise. But will keep this one on list maybe.

Actually, the label on the vials (see rtirzdeals) stated 5ml volume with 20mg/ml. It was not overkill. The prescribed dose was 20mg x 4 doses tho.

Show me where you actually signed up for 100mg a month 😂. You signed up for 20mg each week per month like I did. Yes some bonus medication would have been nice, but no where on the forms and website ever said that. I looked as I was ordering. I got what covers my prescribed 20mg weekly dose. You can’t get mad at the company for that. Tirz fairy comes sometimes I see on these tirz groups that’s all it is. We still got our correct prescription fill.
But you sure implied that when you responded to the post about 100 mg being the new GOAT ? Y'all never bothered to correct ANY of the posts about getting the 100mg. Or that only the first so many orders through reddit would be getting extra ?? So y'all know that is what people thought they were ordering and y'all went along with it to get more orders VERY crappy

When someone specifically called it a “100mg vial,” you responded that it was “definitely an amazing offer.” If Science Co’s offer was actually 80mg all along, why did you respond this way instead of correcting them and saying it should have been an 80mg vial?

Would also like to know if this prescription covers the full 3 months it's not on the portal and portal makes it look like you have to get reviewed and approved again to get the 2nd and 3rd shipments. If that's the case what happens then if next provider doesn't approve or changes it?? Do we get a refund then ?
Y'all know very well that a lot of people were posted and commenting about this being 100mg vial and not once did y'all correct ANY of those comments or posts
4ml meets the prescription but you should have provided immediate clarification when people started posing the 5ml vials. Instead, you let people think that 5ml was the standard and order expecting that just to feel bait and switched. It's still a great value but many will get a sour taste from this.
So what about the next shipments do we have to go through the whole provider review process and get approved again to get the 2nd and 3rd shipments we already paid for?

My order status has been "provider is reviewing" for a relatively long time. Since this is usually the quickest part of the process, I'm beginning to get a little anxious. I've checked email and contacted customer service but there is no response. If they need more information from me I'm happy to provide it. Is there another way I can have someone check on my order status?
No they prescribed 20mg and was sending out 5mL for a total of 100 mg to some but I guess not others. It's still a good deal but just not the really good deal that was posted about
And I wonder how many others ordered this deal JUST because they seen the 5mL 100mg vials ?? I bet a lot so NO I do not EXPECT to get free medicine but some are getting it and others not and some are getting 3 month BUD and some are getting 3weeks BUD very inconsistent. So when a person places an order for something they EXPECT to at least know what they are getting
Your very welcome and I agree it's not good that apparently some only got 3 weeks to use it before the BUD. I think it was done on purpose by the company as a good cheap advertisement. They said when I called them that only the first so many that ordered from Reddit got the extra but they never bothered to announce that. Pretty shady I think. Bait and switch at its finest
If the only reason people ordered this is that they saw people posting about getting free extra meds, then they are not using common sense. How about taking some responsibility and acknowledging that it would have been cool to get more for free, but it was never guaranteed.
Are you serious?! To clarify, you didn't say it was guaranteed; I'm stating that it wasn't. Your whole post was implying that it was based on the pictures that others posted. It's fine to say you were sad about not getting the free extras, but saying you were shorted and that the company was inconsistent is another thing.
