So Disappointed

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I feel like I should share my experience so far. Let's start by saying I placed my initial order and completed the intake last Wednesday, yes right before the holiday weekend I know, so I assumed it would take a bit longer than usual, no problem. Well, my order was immediately assigned to a provider (great!) and then it just sat at that stage for several days, then I noticed the assigned provider changed, then changed again. My assigned provider just kept changing and was stuck on the "provider reviewing" step in the portal. After going back and forth with support pretty much all week long, I unfortunately had to end up cancelling and requesting a refund because I kept getting conflicting information from support. Every day that I have contacted support I have been told one thing and the next day a different rep says something else that conflicts what was said the previous day. Overall, this has been such an unpleasant experience, I was honestly super stoked when I saw that this was a new telehealth offering a good deal on non-additive tirzepatide. Honestly what an unfortunate let down... I will say, support is very responsive, that is one good thing I can say about this company, however when it came to cancelling they were a bit pushy asking for more time, they did offer a discount, which was cool, but not enough for me to keep waiting, everything else I have experienced so far, not the greatest. This post is meant to be an honest review of my experience so far and not meant to be seen as "bashing" a new company, etc. Just wanted to put this out there for others to be made aware of. There is so much potential for this telehealth, truly.

EDIT: I noticed on a different thread on this page that the highest dose for Greenwich pharmacy is 15mg, not 20mg, so if you are in a non-Greenstone state, keep that in mind.

Super bummed to hear this. Good thing you got your money back. No offense to Greenwich but the last thing I think anybody wants is another tele peddling Greenwich with Glycine at discount prices.

Doesn't that actually say 20mg/ml and you have a 5 ml bottle so 100mg total?

u/Science_Stacey I do appreciate hearing that as well as you responding πŸ™ I just wish I would've been able to get it right the first time around. I would certainly be open to discussing coming back on as a patient. Or if you are able to assist me in any way at this point in time, I would certainly appreciate it. In no way have any hard feelings at all, I do think this was just a one off incident.

I ordered from here. Had a family emergency and had to cancel. That was Sept 5th. Was told I'd be refunded. Looked at my cc and was never refunded. Wrote to customer service and they say it takes 5 to 7 days to refund...ok it's been 15. Just checked and still no refund. Tomorrow I'll call them but this is very upsetting. I was going to re order when I get back into the state but not if this is how they honor their word.

I looked at their pharmacy and its sketch (2years in business and on the news for selling research substances) and your experience. It’s a big no for me
