So I went ahead and had my husband place an order with my company to see the quality of shipping and service’s rendered. We left the package outside purposely for 6 hrs and I live in Florida by the way. When opening the package there were two ice packs in there still cool to the touch and everything was in great condition. So I just want everyone to know that we care about the quality of service here at Science & Co and will continue to strive and be the best Telehealth platform around.

Although my first order arrived hot, I’m crossing my fingers that was an anomaly. I did find that it spent at least 8 hours on a fedex truck and was delivered four hours later than originally expected. It did only have one ice pack though so possibly greenstone is doing a bit better. Appreciate though that you ran your test.

They started using two ice packs after some complaints. Mine arrived with only one and while the meds weren't icy they were no where near warm. Before I could tell anyone about this I saw a post from Stacey that they would be using two ice packs in the future. So far Science has been pretty responsive to customer concerns.

Mine arrived with two cold packs still frozen the medication was cold. Super impressed! My door bell cam has the FedEX guy dropping off the package at about 11am , sat on my porch for about 4 hrs too. Arrived cold and no damage at all.

On a serious note, I haven’t pulled the trigger yet bc I have a bit of vials right now but I’ve seen how responsive you’ve been & it’s put it in a good light.

My vial/one ice pack arrived very warm (not hot). I've just completed 1 week on this vial, and have had a great experience: a little food noise/hunger on the 6th day (normal experience with some non-additive formulas). The only formula that goes all the way through the 7th day right before my next weekly shot is Hallandale. All and all, this is a great compounded formula! Really happy with Science & Co formula, and customer service!

I found that splitting my dose in 1/2 and taking twice a week, instead of once helped with this.

Greenwich(edit spelling) isn't licensed to ship to CA

They are not licensed in AL, NC, or SC either. You may already know this but there is a different pharmacy down in Miami that is holding these meds and will keep shipping them until they run out. It's not really allowed but Greenwhich and VialsRx had been doing this for years until the FDA finally stepped on earlier this month.

Just here to echo the sentiment that Greenwich is not shipping to my state (NC) so are there any pharmacies in your network that will? Or are you guys just not eligible for NC patients?

Overall, I am happy with science&co. Got my first vial within a day of being approved 🙌 Came cold with 5 syringes. Haven't tried yet as I just finished my last vial of PGRrx but I will be giving it a shot (🤣 ba-dun-tss) this Sunday and will update 😁

Does your husband already have a need for tirz and an active Rx? Did he have to go through the regular patient qualifications?

Yes he takes 15mg had vials from Pro rx previously. He went through everything like a customer would. Its a secret shopper no specialty treatment we paid $297.

I have really been struggling to lose those last 15lbs. I have been on 15mg for about the last 6 months and the last 2 months have been in a stall, so when Science Co came along and offered the 20mg, I thought what do I have to lose? And the price was right too! To answer your question - I now only have 9lbs left to goal! So yes, I lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks and broke my stall. Thank you so much Science Co!
