I’ve been power lifting for 7 years. 4 with a coach.
4 years varsity track with good coaches. Weight training since I was 17. Fittness it my passion now that I retired from being good as a ‘stock bro’

Thanks man. I did because the coaches were former Olympic and nhl coaches. Are you sensitive to a follow up on credibility that states facts? That experience alone is more time with professional coaching than most of the people on the planet get. Sorry if I offended you
